It must be noted that your claims regarding the wrong address seem to be a bit questionable, as we've checked both the confirmation and the check-in instructions that were sent to you and the address of the property is the right one. Remarkably, it’s also a dramatically different experience than every other guest that has ever stayed at our place. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and an excellent guest experience, as evidenced by the other reviews. With a quick phone call, we are always pleased to quickly respond to any concerns our guests have.
