Located just 10 minutes from Mount Sunapee, you'll be close to the slopes while enjoying the peacefulness of a wooded setting. Spend your days skiing and snowboarding, exploring the surrounding towns, or enjoying the beauty of the New Hampshire outdoors. When you're ready to unwind, warm up inside by the cozy propane stove, settle in for a movie night, or enjoy a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Lake Sunapee is within walking distance, and the charming town of New London—with its wonderful restaurants, shops, and local favorites—is just an 8-minute drive away.

Cozy Comfort in Every Season -

Our cottage features two comfortable bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a welcoming living space designed for relaxing after a day of adventure. We recently installed a mini-split system providing both heat and air conditioning, so you'll stay comfortable whether you're visiting during ski season or the warmer summer months. The porch is another favorite spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet moment surrounded by nature when the weather allows.

Great place for two of us..Loved the big screened porch. Quiet location. Host was great. Bed very comfortable. Nice having AC which isn't standard in these parts.

The cottage was exactly what we needed for a weekend stay the area. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the sun porch for resting and reading. The walk to the lake was lovely. We hope to come again soon.

Very clean and comfortable property. Everything looked new. The only feedback I’d give is adding instructions for operating the ceiling fans to your house welcome manual.

We had a wonderful girls weekend! The house was perfect. We walked to the lake, had cocktails on the porch and enjoyed the gas woodstove when it got chilly. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make delicious meals. We can't wait to come back.

We had a perfect stay at this charming cabin, and enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay. It was exactly what our family needed for a quick ski escape. The layout was perfect: convenient mud room, loaded kitchen, great lounge area with a warm stove, and large bedrooms (and kids lived the loft). We were there in the winter so admired the porch from afar. Easy communication and check in. We’ll gladly come back.

Nothing compares to new

Cottage is brand new. I was likely one of the very first vacationers using it. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Little hard to find, but once there worked very well for me.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect for our ski trip to Mount Sunapee. The house was spotless, the appliances and kitchenware were all high quality. The beds were comfy. We particularly enjoyed sitting in front of the gas fireplace with a glass of wine after skiing. There is a beautiful 3-season room that we couldn’t enjoy during the winter but it would be lovely if you stay any other time of the year. The house had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. It was very efficient and tidy. We would definitely stay here again.

Sarah was very responsive to any questions. The cottage is very clean and nicely furnished and seems newly renovated. 10 min to Mount Sunapee and 10min north to another town with more options for restaurants. We only stayed for 2 nights. If it was longer only wish list item would be a washer and dryer. Gas fireplace warms the place up quick. The electric mini split was perfect for steady comfort when not using the gas fireplace.Thanks for sharing your 2nd home.

We had a great time in Sunapee! The home is exactly as described. The property was spotless, easy on time remote access with our own personal code. The home has ever essential item you could need. The screened in porch is a real treat as is the gas fireplace. We enjoyed both thoroughly. Our host Sarah was a pleasure to communicate with. We are familiar with the Sunapee area and loved being able to return tot the comforts of this home and venturing out and about, Would definitely stay again!
