Large apartment within walking distance to Sunapee Harbor
The apartment is one of three in this beautiful antique three-family home and is located on a quiet dead-end street within walking distance (.2 miles) of Sunapee Harbor and less than a mile from the town beach and five miles from Mount Sunapee.
The apartment is the entire upstairs of the home. It has a large kitchen with a dishwasher (which is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies you'd need), a large living room, a smaller tv room, 2 bedrooms, a loft space with a futon, a full bathroom and a half bathroom.
It also features a large private deck with a BBQ so you can enjoy outdoor time. The home is located close enough to Sunapee Harbor that you can hear the Wednesday night band playing from the deck.
The apartment is stocked with cooking supplies, towels and linens and also has a washer and dryer.
The other two apartments are occupied by traveling healthcare professionals so quiet time is appreciated before 7 a.m. and after 9 p.m.

I live in Sunapee with my young family. We love our town, especially our time at the beach during the summer. We welcome travelers from all over to enjoy their time in our quaint town.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
While the home is close to the harbor, it's on a quiet dead-end road which is great for our guests. You are close enough to walk to the Wildwood Smokehouse (a few houses down the road), walk to the Harbor and you can even hear the Wednesday harbor music from the deck. But you also can enjoy the privacy and quiet of being on a dead-end road.

We also love that the home is one of the original homes to Sunapee and is over 150 years old. It has a lot of character and the location offers guests access to restaurants, the Farmer's Market and shopping all within walking distance.
