This is a gorgeous home - well designed space, clean and well appointed with everything one needs in a “home away from home”. We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s 80th birthday and were lucky to get it after several disappointments on VRBO. We all had a wonderful time and I will recommend Jus Chillin to anyone.

9 days at Just Chillin

This was our second stay at this property. The condo is clean and comfortable. A nice quiet environment for our stay. The pool was maintained regularly and the beach was just a short walk away. A great spot to explore the island or just relax or split the time to do both

Jus Chillin

Loved the property and location. Mullins Beach is our favourite part of the island and a short walk to the sea. Heavenly. I did have to ask for additional directions and they sent me a photo of google maps as wasn't entirely sure exactly where it was (only knew approximately) and no keyholding instructions. Its on the Mullins Bay Villa complex with the Singita Wellness Spa opposite the Seashed and there is a proper entrance with security to the complex. You need to pay to join the Singita and its not included in the rental fee. The membership of the Westmoreland beach club was very welcome. We did have an issue with hot water but this was fixed.

Lovely villa, great location

We had a wonderful stay at Jus Chillin! The property was exactly as pictured on the website and we had easy access to the large pool behind the house. Our boys went in every night and had the whole pool to themselves. The gated community was lovely and it was a quick stroll to the beach across the street and two tasty (but expensive) restaurants. We had trouble with the downstairs air conditioning unit but the House manager (Charles) was very responsive and sent someone out right away to take care of it. The housekeeper (Marita) was very nice and the cook (Melissa) was excellent (we arranged for her to come 5 nights out of our 9.) The chef is an extra charge and you pay her directly. The housekeeper was included in our stay and could come as often or as little as we liked (Charles will ask you how often you want a housekeeper when he meets you at the property on your first day). The kitchen is amazing, with enough dishes, pots and serving ware for eight people, including cloth napkins and placemats. The oven was awaiting a part for repair, but they provided a cooktop Ninja Foodie-type thing that sufficed (even for the chef) so it really wasn’t a problem. I would highly recommend this property!

Barbados paradise for our family.

We as a family throughly enjoyed our vacation with Jus Chillin. The housekeeper, Mareta, cleaned out house 6 days of our week. She is quiet and stayed out of our hectic way with 3 babies. Charlie the manager welcomed us when we arrived and let us know that we could contact him any time. The house has 4 large bedroom en suites. The large patio leads to the door to a large pool and waterfall. During our time, the pool had only one other couple that joined us. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots and pans and silverware. There is an outside table that is perfect for family meals on the patio along with chairs to relax. Overall, we were throughly inpressed and would love to return.

Fun and relaxing family vacation!

My husband, 3 children and my parents stayed at Jus Chillin' for a week and we wish we had booked for at least 2. We had such an amazing time! It was my first time in Barbados so I wasn't sure what would be a good location for us. My in-laws travel to Barbados often and gave us some ideas of areas they like so we chose Mullins based on reviews. It's a short drive to Holetown and is perfect because of the easy access to restaurants, beautiful beaches, grocery shopping and more. The property itself is comfortable and very well maintained. The pool just outside the back gate was a huge hit for my kids and the beach is literally across the street from the property. The Beach Club, which has been recently renovated, is operated by the Royal Westmoreland so you get the resort vibe, but with the privacy of staying at a residence in a gated community. Charles, the house manager, was awesome with his quick responses to any questions we had and arranged our pick up from the airport perfectly, even after a change with our arrival time. Marita, the housekeeper was so friendly and welcoming and kept the house beautifully. We would definitely return to Jus Chillin'.

Wonderful villa! Beautiful beach. One thing we didn’t enjoy was the beach closing so early and the staff pushing the chairs so close together. Overall a great vacation and would go back any time!!

Beautiful house, fantastic location

Jus Chillin is aptly named....the quiet and beautifully maintained community in which the house is located adds to the lovely layout and decor of the house. Plenty of places to just chill out. Walk out of the back gate and you are by the pool. Just a short 3 minute walk trough the grounds and you are at a lovely beach with watersports available. This truly was a dream vacation and I would come back and stay at Jus Chillin in a heartbeat. And you will be well taken care of by the manager and house keeper.

Excellent villa

Great holiday with family for my 60th excellent villa great for beach and local restaurants . Everything thing was spot and we where well looked after by Charles and staff first class service . Loved waking up and going for a swim never any one in. Can’t wait to return !

Super Property

Beautiful property and it is well equipped and very clean. The pool outside is very spacious and relaxing. The Beach is a 5 minute walk and the Beach club is excellent. All staff we met were helpful and friendly. Many restaurants and bars nearby and it's located between Holetown & Speightstown meaning you can head out for the evening and not have to travel far. I'd recommend to anyone!

Perfect family vacation spot

This house was absolutely perfect for us as a family ranging in age from 71 to 4. Having 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms meant everyone had some privacy whilst still all being together. The large pool with waterfall just outside the patio gate was a huge hit with everyone. Another big plus is the membership to the Royal Westmoreland Beach area, it was a pity the actual restaurant and bar were closed for renovation but having the towels, loungers and umbrellas was wonderful and we were able to get drinks from the little bar on the beach. The housekeepers were also excellent. We will be back

Back to Paradise!!!

We returned to jus chillin for our second visit. The house and the grounds were as immaculate as ever, and it was lovely to see the familiar faces of Charles, Moetta & Esther. We were welcomed back just as if we had returned home. The ladies in the house looked after our every need and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the reasons which we returned to Jus Chillin was due to the safe feeling in the area, and the proximity to Mullins beach. Did we want to leave..... No! Will we return... YES!!!!

The Best In Mullins!

This was our 8th stay in Mullins and the forth property we have stayed in, it has been by far the best! The house and pool are amazing with friendly staff from the moment you arrive; the staff at the security gates who knew who we were through to Charles and his team that looked after us whilst there. Nothing was too much trouble. Mullins is a great area to stay in Barbados and I can't see a house rental being any better than this one.

High Quality Luxury - 'Jus Chillin' in Barbados. Wonderful holiday.

Really enjoyable holiday. Easy transport journey from airport. First class, luxury accommodation with every need catered for by competent, friendly staff. Fantastic close proximity to gated pool area, private beach, club house and gym. Beautiful restaurants. 'Jus Chillin' really did cater for every need of the family, resulting in a wonderful relaxing holiday with many happy memories for the future.

Awesome!

Jus Chillin was perfect for our two families. The housekeepers were wonderful, thorough and extremely nice. We were spoiled having daily laundry service. Charles was very attentive and handled all of our needs. The home itself and furnishings exceeded our expectations and looks like it's been upgraded recently. We certainly took advantage of the beach club membership too. Great vacation!

Best Holiday Yet!!!!!

'Jus Chillin' was our home for 2 weeks, we arrived on Boxing day, all very tired from the Christmas holidays and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay! From the initial booking of the house right through to saying goodbye everything was done for you. The house is 5* comfort and luxury, the enormous beds, fluffy pillows, beautiful bathrooms, balconies overlooking the pool... there is everything here! The housekeepers and cook look after you so well, you couldn't have had better service if you were staying in a 5* hotel. All of our laundry was taken care of! Breakfast is served, lunch and evening meals prepared to eat at your convenience, we just didn't want to leave!! Charles the house manager is always on hand should you need him for anything. Mullins Bay complex has 24hr security, it is situated a few minutes stroll from Mullins Beach which where you can continue your luxurious holiday with luxury sunbeds and waiter service to your sunbed! And the swimming pool is right outside the back door of the house!! If you're lucky you can see the monkeys passing through in the evening on their way back home too :-) We were a family of 8, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves, we never felt cramped or under each other's feet, and we all left Barbados absolutely relaxed.. Can't wait to return !!

Fabulous holiday home.

We spent a week at Jus Chillin in November and had the best time. The house is fitted to the highest standard yet feels like a welcoming home from home. Everything has been carefully considered for comfort and convenience, a highlight being the spacious bedrooms with wonderfully comfortable beds, fabulous en-suite bathrooms and balconies overlooking the garden and pool area. Take a short walk through private gardens to find fabulous members only beach club where the staff are so friendly and helpful, the menu in the clubhouse is extensive and the beach is everything you would expect from a Caribbean retreat. Cocktails on the deck watching the sunset was a daily treat. There are so many restaurants to choose from if you want to eat out, all within a short taxi or bus journey. We loved our nights out at some of the high quality restaurants but our nights in with the BBQ and dining on the terrace were just as enjoyable. All in all a perfect house in a perfect location!

So wonderful I wish I could keep it to myself!

Have you ever stayed somewhere that you loved so much you want to keep it to yourself? I felt like that staying at Jus Chillin. Spent the most wonderful week at this house in Mullins Bay just a short stroll away from Mullins Beach. So near that we went to and fro all day from the house to the beach and back again. The owners emailed our group prior to departure with so much information, recommendations that we were spoilt for choice of where to eat and go on day trips. We hired a car but you don't need to do this as there are taxis in abundance at the airport and if you want fun, the bus into Holetown is an experience unless you are going for dinner to the Lone Star and maybe the bus isn't cool enough! We absolutely loved the house, everything you could possibly need was there. A kitchen full of every utensil, dishwasher, (it was my holiday too) even the essential wine cooler. Outside we had amazing Al Frecso dining area and a barbecue at our disposal. I was embarrassed when the maid cleaned the BBQ for us, was not expecting that. Marita the maid was so quiet we didn't notice her there on the days she came and freshened up the rooms, beds, towels. This was fabulous. If the beach isn't for you then as Mark our friend did you can while away your days reading by the shared pool which is literally right outside the house, spotless and very quiet with oodles of sun loungers. This house has everything you could possibly want for a relaxing holiday to get away from the stress of home and work. We will miss the sundowners at Mullins beach restaurant and my early morning coffee sat on the veranda of our bedroom, each of the bedrooms upstairs had wonderful balconies. I guess there are so many places to stay on the island but after staying at Jus Chillin I wouldn't want to go anywhere else as it was just perfect. Shhhh it's my secret though.

Wonderful vacation

We stayed at Jus Chillin in February 2016 with our children and 6month old grand-daughter and the villa far exceeded our expectations. The owners of the villa and the manager John had been more than helpful with the booking and went out of their way to accommodate us. The Villa itself was beautifully decorated and standard of fittings was exceptional. We didn't realise that the villa was also serviced every day and the 2 ladies that came and did cleaning and all our laundry were lovely, they washed and ironed our clothes every day - what a bonus!!! The pool area was very relaxing and most times we had it to ourselves and for me the fact we had passes to Mullins Beach (just over the road) was the icing on the cake. We were able to get free beds on the beach as part of the package of staying in the villa and the beach bar and restaurant was great fun and served great food and lovely cocktails. Will definitely go again and would thoroughly recommend.

The dining area out back is terrific as well as the quiet sitting area. The living room doors all open to the back to make it very breezy. The pool is much bigger than you think and is right behind the house as well. We only saw a few people in the pool in the early AM so it can mostly be 'yours.' You are literally across the street from Mullins Bay and Mullins Beach Bar where you have beach chair and towel access and a private dining area. The gated community is brand newish and very safe feeling. The bus stop to Holetown/Bridgetown is right behind the house as well. We rented cars (there's parking for two) and getting to and from the big towns for shopping was very simple as you're right off the main coastal road and few minutes from the main highway. The bus is very fast as well and can take you to Holetown and fine dining spots within a few minutes. John the property manager is absolutely perfect, attentive, responsive to texts etc. and the maid service, Melissa and Marita, were friendly and gracious. Definitely recommended!

Wow? I have to write to say how much we enjoyed your beautiful holiday home and what a privilege it was to stay at "Jus Chillin". The location was perfect just across from the beach, swimming pool and lovely beach bar!In the afternoons we loved the peace of being by the pool until the sun went down then it was sundowners on the balcony before heading out for Dinner. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The website was very accurate and you were most helpful and quick with your replies which made the booking process so easy.The house manager John was particularly helpful in organising our airport transfers, suggesting trips and even did a pre-arrival shop for us.The information book was very useful as we are keen church attendees and particularly enjoyed St James as they were so welcoming into their church. We will certainly be booking again - hopefully to explore more of the beautiful island of Barbados.

John the property manager is absolutely perfect, attentive, responsive to texts etc. and the maid service, Melissa and Marita, were friendly and gracious. Definitely recommended!

My husband, daughter and I have owned 'Jus Chillin' since new in 2007 having fallen in love with Barbados many years ago. All year round sunshine was initially definitely an attraction however we now love and appreciate the pace of life and friendliness of the Bajan people. It has become home from home and we find we go into relax mode the minute we arrive on the island. Walking along the white sandy beach, a beautiful blue sky and turquoise clear sea and swaying palm trees is a breath taking vision and one we try to picture when we're back in the often rainy North West of England. We want to share our lovely home with you and hope that you fall in love with & enjoy Barbados & 'Jus Chillin' as much as we do. We've superb staff & an excellent house manager to make sure you enjoy your stay is memorable and make you want to return.

We love Mullins Bay because of its location, directly opposite the famous beautiful Mullins Beach and sea, on the quieter west coast of Barbados. Mullins Bay is a small, quiet, fully gated and private development, set in beautifully landscaped gardens, with 24hr security for total peace of mind. It's a one minute walk to the beach where you can enjoy the private beach club membership of Royal Westmoreland. 'Jus Chillin' is convenient for shops, fish markets and restaurants. The location is perfect for nearby restaurants, world class golf, tennis, watersports and catamaran cruises.

Jus Chillin has the best of both worlds as it has a fabulous swimming pool right outside the back door and yet is only a 1 minute walk to the beach and watersports. Once on the beach you can enjoy the private beach club membership of Royal Westmoreland, luxury sunbeds, sun umbrellas, towels, waiter service from the restaurant and bar and a private decking area with washroom facilities. There is also a little shop on the beach selling food, drink, beach inflatables, sun creams and souvenirs Water sports are available including, banana boating, catamaran boat trips, glass bottomed trips out to see or swim with the turtles, fishing trips, water skiing and snorkelling can all be arranged. We love the opportunity to nip back home for lunch straight off the beach if we feel like it and then maybe a chill by the pool for the afternoon.
