Janet was very responsive to any inquiries and corrected an issue I had the same day. The view is awesome and I loved the bedroom being oceanfront. However, there are a couple of issues with this unit. The lesser issue is that the bed is not real comfy. Two, the description says it’s a fully stocked kitchen. It is not. It has four dinner plates, three salad plates, three cereal bowls, some coffee, cups, glasses, and silverware with a few utensils for cooking and a set of pots and pans. Not really conducive for cooking a full meal. The biggest problem I had is the bathroom. It is not safe! The tub is a large Jacuzzi tub (the jets do not turn on). The tub is deep, making it hard to get in and out of to take a shower. There needs to be a handrail to hold onto. It was hard and unsafe to get in and out of, especially since I have some mobility issues. You had to hold the handle down on the toilet until it completely flushed and the toilet moves when you get up. If the safety issue is resolved, I would definitely stay again.
