This is a newer FULLY FURNISHED, 3/2 home on a Cul-de-sac. There is a spacious comfy living room with lots of seating as well as TV/DVD Player(cable/wifi).

The kitchen is features a dining area, as well as counter-top seating. It has a gas range/oven, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig.

The house has 3 bedrooms; a King in the Master, a Queen bedroom, and 2 Twin beds in 3rd Bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The total number of overnight guests, including children and infants, should match the reservation total with the max of 6 quest. Any additional guest over 4 will count as will be $30 per person, per night.

This home features 2 Bathrooms - Master is walk in shower, Second Bath had tub/shower combo.

Enclosed Screened Lanai with enough room for seating area and eating area. Also, has an outdoor grill. Great for cooking steaks, hot dogs, burgers and more. Cool down outside with the breeze and ceiling fan. There is a 2-car attached garage.

It is a short walk to community heated pool, large Rec center, dog park, archery range, park with walking trails, 5 Executive golf courses, Putt & Play, etc. As well as access to all Golfing, Rec Centers, Amenities, and Clubs throughout the Villages. Close to Brownwood Square and Shopping.

Lovely, clean, quiet home. Perfect dog friendly location.

Month of January 2025 - fun exploring The Villages & meeting up with friends. Day trip to amount Dora was our favorite. Also loved the Asian Lantern Festival at the zoo. And Lakeridge Winery is always one of our favorites. Hosts were wonderful!

What a great visit, a perfect location in The Villages. Close golf cart ride to so many of the activities and Publix shopping center. The house was so well kept, clean and available as promised. Great for family gatherings as living room was an ideal sitting area for all of us to catch up with one another.

Another relaxing weekend

This was our second stay and it was just as fabulous as the first. Such a great place to relax and unwind after a full day of antiquing at Renninger’s Antique Extravaganza weekend. Nice safe neighborhood. We will be back again next year.

Very pleasant home

Spacious and clean home, split floor plan excellent for visiting guests. Lovely Bamboo mattresses however if you need a firm mattress these are quite soft. Very thoughtful pump soap provided at every sink, something I didn't think to pack. Home is advertised for 6 and although I traveled alone I had visiting family, lanai is huge however table for 4 only has 2 quite comfortable patio chairs...I did find folding chairs in extra bedroom closet. We are a puzzle playing family and there wasn't an extra place to set that up...a fold up card table would have been great to have. Rental needs a broiler pan as well there were only 2 teaspoons left to their service for 8. Lots of tupperware which was greatly appreciated. Suggest a tea kettle that whistles or electric tea kettle. Owners live a few doors away and were quick to remedy the empty propane tank.. They also hosted a block party while I was there which was quite nice. Location was great for me as my family lives in Fenney, nearby amenities were fantastic, dog park, pools, classes, concerts... Fenney Grill excellent food, try the dinner Salmon the best I've ever had.

DeSoto

Property was very clean. However, provisions were very sparse. There was one rusted old baking sheet, and one disposable aluminum one. We actually acquired some additional pots/pans and left them there. There were no trash bags, and no laundry detergent was left for us even though we were asked to start a load of laundry before leaving. We found the beds to be uncomfortable and one set of sheets had a hole in it. We love The Villages and have stayed at many rentals there. The home was nice and the bonus of the golf car rental was great but it could use a little bit more generous provisions.

A Vacation stay win

Our stay in Desoto was great. The home was cozy, clean and just as described. The owner made the process of renting easy. Great communication. Even delivered golf putters and balls so we could take the grandkids to the Villages Putt and Play (which they loved). Thank you for helping us enjoy visiting our family members in The Villages. Florida Trip

The house was beautiful, and it was a very safe and friendly neighborhood with a lot of outdoor activities available within walking distance. The local dog park (just a short walk away) was fantastic. The selection of television/movie channels were fantastic for evenings. Great laundry room. The only suggestion would be maybe to have a few more casserole dishes and utensils for visitors that are going to be using the kitchen for preparing meals.

Nice clean property

Great clean property. Be warned that a realtor got our cell number and knew the exact dates we were staying. It's a mystery how she got our info. Our guess is that the info supplied for guest passes was passed on. Negotiate prior to your stay to take off the fee for guest passes if you won't use them, otherwise it goes right into owners pocket without option for a refund.

Charming home

This home was perfect for our annual girls weekend to Renninger’s Antique Extravaganza. Great location, lots of room, safe neighborhood and very clean. Very cozy, a perfect home away from home. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you Kim for being such a wonderful host.

Nice place to call “home”

The place was definitely as shown in photos. It was a great landing spot for us during our move from FL to VA. The response time from the owners was prompt and any issue within the house was quickly addressed. Just - heads-up as I missed this: you are responsible for any trash bags and cleaning products used while at the property! We would definitely stay here again were we in the area. We even rented a 4-person golf cart for the weekend which was quite fun for putting around in The Villages and their various squares and shops! Thanks Kim. :)

Good location and golf cart available

The home was clean, plenty of warm water for showers, dishwasher and washer and dryer to do your laundry. We enjoyed watching movies in the evening !

Great Rental

We really enjoyed this house in The Villages. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We also appreciated that it was pet friendly. For a month rental, the kitchen could have been a little better stocked with cooking utensils, cookware and bakeware. Overall, we were very happy with this rental and would recommend it.
