私たちのデュプレックスは、ビーチバンガローとファームシックの出会いの美学で2019年に改造されました。 各ユニットは個別にレンタルすることも、最大12人までグループでレンタルすることもできます。

PBデュプレックスは、ミッションベイから3ブロック、ビーチまで13ブロックという絶好のロケーションにあります。 6人のビーチクルーザー（子供用のトレーラー1つ）+ビーチチェア/傘/タオル/おもちゃが含まれているので、PBの楽しいくつろいだ雰囲気を楽しむために必要なものはすべて揃っています。

数え切れないほどの屋外アクティビティ、レストラン、バーが近くにあります！

Excellent property

This was a great stay for my family. We stayed three nights and it was close to SeaWorld and the zoo. The host has a bunch of great recommendations for things to do in the area and where to eat.

Cute Place!

Super cute place with a great location to food, shopping and lots of things for our kids. Highly recommend going to Belmont park and checking out the OB farmer market!

Like staying at your family’s guest house

We spent a a family vacation in this rental- three generations. There were great accommodations for all from heigh chair, travel crib and bunk beds to exceptionally good appliances ( including washer and dryer ). Not like your usual vacation rental but more like your family’s guest house.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming three-bedroom home in Mission Bay! The place was immaculate and perfectly maintained, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The decor was modern and made us feel right at home. The location is ideal—just a short drive to the beach, walk to the bay and close to great dining and shopping spots. Everything we needed was within easy reach, and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and convenient getaway in Mission Bay. We'll definitely be back!

Thank you for the hospitality. The accommodations were perfect. Just as described. We appreciated the bikes. We stayed for the San Diego crew classic weekend. I highly recommend this facility for rowers, but I want to be first in line to reserve when regatta time rolls around next year. Great proximity to mission bay, restaurants, bars and cafes as well as the beach. Thank you again

San Diego Family Vacation

This house would be perfect with a few minor but significant improvements. The couch is dirty and smelly. There is significant mildew in the home. I recommend a new couch, a heavy duty dehumidifier that runs all the time, a fan in the bathroom, and lights in the kitchen. The space was good, the house was clean, and the location was super. The items I mentioned made it uncomfortable and unhealthy for us.

Last minute trip

Good location, central to several attractions and near airport. Home was clean with kitchen well stocked. We opened windows while home to control humidity but it did not take away from overall positive experience at the house. We had a great trip.

Memorial Weekend adventures

Nice property as advertised. No surprises, checking and communication with property manager was excellent. We enjoyed using the 6 bikes and rode to the Crowne point park off mission bay. Short drive to Pacific or Mission beach. Extra touches like furnished beach chairs was greatly appreciated. Two unit property and we had the rear unit. Next time would rent the front unit as it had a patio. Overall great time and was a convenient launching point for our weekend activities. Would rent again!!

Adorable Duplex

- Very clean and nicely furnished, this rental is really nice inside. We enjoyed our 4 day stay. Comfortable sleeping, and they had 2 additional standing fans which was very nice. Walking distance from Crown Point. Close to grocery, pharmacy, and food!
