easy and convenient, safe

Everything you need for a very chill experience. Be prepared to figure out dinner as the Bahia property restaurants aren't open to Tao guests. Not an issue if you understand you can only eat at the two golf club restuarants (the bottom one is excellent, don't miss the empanadas) and the Tao cafe. We drove to beaches instead of using the shuttle service. Recommend requesting extra water for the cooler- we ran out the second to last day. Not good. Otherwise very clean and easy.

Bon mais quelques points a corriger.

Positifs: Excellent emplacement. La végétation sur le site est superbe. C'est immense et on s'y sent en sécurité. Condo spacieux et décoré avec goût. On peut acheter des day pass ou nignt pass pour les hôtels Bahia Principe pour être en tout inclus. Il y a des navettes qui se promènent entre les resorts ce qui permet de profiter davantage de l'endroit. Le golf est très beau mais dispendieux. Club house a un bon resto intérieur et extérieur avec un personnel attentionné. Nourriture excellente à un prix abordable. Négatifs: A notre arrivée la sécheuse et laveuse étaient pleine de linge!!! Sur le rooftop, les coussins du mobilier sont quasi tous déchirés, certains avec des taches de moisissures. Il fallait mettre des serviettes pour s'asseoir. Sur les 3 chaises hautes au comptoir du rooftop, deux sont défoncées. Il n'y a pas de wifi sur le rooftop. Cuisine pas très fonctionnelle puisque une partie se trouve sous les marches pour accéder au rooftop et on note un manque de lumière. Des lumières fonctionnant à batterie ont été ajoutées dans les endroits sombre mais toutes les batteries sont mortes ! De grosse construction pas très loin du site pour le nouveau Train Maya cause parfois beaucoup de bruit même la nuit. Quelques coupures de courant durant le séjour. Dans la description on dit; matelas gonflable disponible sur demande. On a fait la demande mais jamais eu malgré le fait que nous sommes restés 1 mois. Séchoir à cheveux est à remplacer, on l'a demandé mais pas été fait.

This is our second time in this place.

We love this place very much. Quiet, secluded, in the jungle. The apartment has everything you need for living. There is a restaurant, golf club, spa on site, and you can also go to the beach. The beach is clean, suitable for children, restaurant with very good food.
