Relax in an Exquisite modern Condo, in the Mexican Rivera. You own private Jacuzzi tub on your private penthouse roof top, to enjoy amazing star viewing. 9 blocks to amazing quiet beach. Wildlife at your doorsteps. Monkeys, Igunas, Coti, birds and butterflies.
King bed in master bedroom, comfortable Queen sleeper in living room. All linens provided.
Full kitchen with all cooking utensils, Coffee pot, toaster and blender.
Full dining area, with great tropical view.
Two smart TVs, WI FI.
HE Washer and Dryer.
3 great patios at tree top level with dining, one-off master, main and rooftop patio.
Outdoor pool with lounge chairs, beach towels provided. BBQ area, BBQ tools provided. ping pong table, shaded sitting area also in common area.

Great apartment

Located within the Sirenis resort compound, with walkable access to an okay beach and excellent lagoon, plus easy driving access to fantastic beaches and amenities. Owner was super quick and helpful with all communication. Just be aware that it's up 4 flights of stairs, not recommended for those with weak knees.

Bright corner unit

Bright, airy and clean. Host was very responsive and helpful. Lots of space, very comfortable. Nice views of the jungle is like watching a floor to ceiling imax film.

Wasn't where I thought it was. So transportation was expensive. Only was able 2 have 2 beach days.

Neighbors were super nice. Only one bedroom not 2. Monkeys were cool. Nice condo. On 4th floor hurt my knee. Owner super nice.

Perfect Stay

I will be returning to Cecilia’s condo! The condo was quiet, clean with comfortable and modern decor. There was plenty of natural light and lovely views of vegetation. It was the perfect space for us! We loved the walk to the beach and the lagoon was magical!! Not many people at either. It was easy to get to Akumal and other destinations. Cecilia was extremely helpful and responsive all the way through our experience from helping us prepare for our stay (she gave us great tips) and responsive when I had questions during our stay. I highly recommend Cecilia’s place!

Great base camp

This condo was great in terms of security and access to many great places in the area. Without a car is very difficult to explore the area if you have only a few days there. Cecilia was an amazing host and was always helping us with information and tips about the area. The only minor inconvenience was a misunderstanding about the number of rooms. There is actually one master room and a living area with a pull up sofa. I was convinced the condo had two separate rooms. We travelled with teens and they adapted to the space but we would have preferred two separated rooms. Jacuzzi was amazing but a little cold.

Wow! Perfect quiet condo!

Cecelia was amazing! Is amazing! I had half a zillion questions before and during our stay and she answered every question quickly! We got to see the monkeys on the balcony! They were RIGHT there! The condo is very clean, the beds are very comfortable as are the pillows. She has absolutely everything you need- beach bags, umbrella, beach blanket, sand toys, and anything in between! Even waterproof phone cases! The kitchen has everything you need as well, knives, pans, pots, strainer! All of it. I brought so many extra things I didn’t even need. The jacuzzi on the roof is wonderful- we spent a few nights up there just relaxing. The Oxxo is within walking distance and has nearly anything you need. The lagoon on the property was incredible. We went three times and enjoyed the walk through the jungle as well as the tons of fish we got to see snorkeling. It is a bit of a trek but it is well worth it. We drove down to the path because it was a long walk, but such a pretty walk! The beach was rock and sand, plenty of space for building sand castles- again a bit of a walk but worth it. We only saw two other families on the beach the entire time we were there. I highly recommend this property. Cecelia was a dream to work with!

Amazing Vacation

We had the most amazing time here in Akumal. The apartment is very clean and served our needs very well. It was amazing to have access to such a lovely quiet pool too. Cecilia was very helpful and made sure that we were well catered for. Thanks for a fantastic holiday!

Condo is located in Beautiful Mayan Grand Sirenis Resort and Spa. Only 24, Units 12 in each building. Private pool, Quiet serenity to relax and enjoy! Wildlife is abundant, bird viewing from patio.
Located between Playa Del Carmen And Tulum, very close to Akumal.
Walk to beach, lagoon and gardens, all located within our gated community.
