Perfect in so many ways

Family and I have been going to myrtle beach for years.bounced from condo to condo until we found cresent towers. 3rd time booking the same room and it feels like a home away from home which is rare when traveling

The place was really nice and comfortable. I would go back. The internet was a little spotty, but a tropical storm hit before we arrived. Maybe that played a part.

Great location but needs updating

The location of the property is very good but could use some updates. The showers both need to have stronger water pressure. Also, there need to be clearer instructions on where to discard trash. We looked and looked but didn’t find where a dumpster was to discard of trash. Overall, the place is ok and the service was great! We would use this company again, just not stay at this particular location again.

Our new favorite location

We have been vacationing in North Myrtle Beach for 31 years …. About 20 years ago we stayed in Crescent Towers for the first time and liked the building and location. This is our first time back at Crescent Towers and we have already booked this unit again for next year !!! We have found our new home for vacations to North Myrtle Beach !

Great views, “meh” condo

Our experience at this condo was average. It had the benefits of great views of the beach and being relatively quiet due to the small size of the building. However, it was clear that it had not been deeply cleaned in quite some time. Many surfaces were dusty and dirty - it was apparent that housekeeping gives it a quick wipe down between guests but no one is really making sure it feels fresh and clean for families, particularly in these times. I vacuumed myself because I did not see any evidence of recent vacuuming when we arrived. We send a help ticket via a phone call to the rental agency complaining that there were no basic necessities upon arrival (toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, etc) which had been promised both via phone and via checkin email, so we hadn’t planned on shopping for those items until the next day. They did not respond to this request for 3 days and when they did, they sent someone jiggled the locked handle to try to let themselves in to drop these items off, and when that didn’t work they banged loudly on the door. By this time it wasn’t helpful to receive these items because we had already shopped, and on top of that the person tried to enter our condo in the middle of the evening before knocking. Just very odd! Again, we only complained about this because it had been proposed as part of your welcome check in and was not. The furniture and finishes are all quite old. The kitchen is fairly recently updated and has pretty much all you will need to cook. The management company said there was no beach chair or umbrella rental, although there appeared to be many people renting them surrounding this property, which was a bit frustrating to see. It was unclear if we could have gotten those items rented or not. At the end of the day - Enjoy the beautiful 7th floor views... just make sure to pack any and every single item you use day to day! Nothing left behind. There is literally nothing provided so you’re on your own.

Amazing Getaway at North Myrtle Beach

We don’t normally stay in condos, but boy are we glad we did! We felt safe the entire time on the property and surrounding areas. The condo came complete with almost everything we needed including cutting boards, plates/bowls, cups, cutlery (minus knives?), and so much more. The view was perfect each morning! We didn’t ever go to the pool, but it looked nice for families. The large condo complex (Bay Watch) next to us did cast a shadow onto the beach directly in front of our condo by about 6:30 pm (during the Summer). No complaints here. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Many desirable features!

Pros: Love the location with the easy to walk public beach access ramp so close. Great decorations throughout the condo. Great TV! Great fully stocked kitchen! We had to pool to ourselves every evening during the busiest rental season! The balcony and view are breath taking! Cons: parking garage was being worked on during visit and really limited parking. Elevator takes a while to learn the tricks to keep it working. The 2nd shower has a rusty rod with curtains that don’t slide easy- I’d suggest replacing with a shower door. The 1st bathroom toilet is very tiny! The pull out sleeper sofa is very uncomfortable to sleep on if you weigh more than a child. Overall we’d 100% stay here again, but if the cons were fixed we’d never stay anywhere else!
