Welcome to your luxury oceanfront escape at Crescent Towers I 401, a premier vacation retreat in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. Located on the fourth floor, this beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it the perfect destination for a serene beach getaway.

Step onto your private oceanfront balcony and soak in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic. Inside, enjoy the inviting living area with new décor, a fully-equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, and all the comforts of home in a smoke-free environment (including the balconies).

Unwind by the streetside outdoor pool, take a short walk across the dunes to the beach, or explore nearby dining and shopping options. With FREE high-speed Wi-Fi, central heat and air, an in-unit washer/dryer, and elevator access, every detail is designed with your comfort in mind.

Please note: Motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted. Covered and open parking is available for guest use.

Overall, this is a lovely condo in a great location. Our only significant issue was that this is NOT a 3 queen unit as advertised. Bedroom number three is a full sized bed. That is a significant oversight on the part of the owners. Luckily, the management company, Thomas Beach Vacations, responded quickly. They very promptly delivered a rollaway bed that we were able to fit into that bedroom. Without the rollaway bed, our stay would not have been nearly as comfortable. As far as the condo, the fourth floor view is lovely with a table, chairs, and nice rockers to enjoy the view. We would suggest that the owners place a grab handle on the outside of the sliding glass doors to the balcony. It is very difficult to open and close the doors. The condo is just steps away from the beach, very close to a lifeguard station. The condo itself has very comfortable furniture and is nicely decorated. There are several smart TVs. The appliances are newer with both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. The washing machine and dryer worked perfectly. We did report a large crack in the plastic door of the washing machine, but it didn’t affect performance of the washer. The management company provided sheets, bath towels, mats, and washcloths. There was also a dishcloth and dish towel provided. We suggest bringing your own hand towels and extra towels/cloths for the kitchen. The management company left a bag with a few essentials to get us started. Overall, we enjoyed a wonderful stay here.
