Great value, excellent location and great host

Perfect location walking distance to the center of Ybor. The house was very clean and all amenities were fully stocked. The host was also great with communication and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this house.

Great stay!

My son and I stayed here while we were in town for a concert at Amelie Arena. This was a great place; it was clean, comfortable, and the host provided good communication about the check-in process. We highly recommend this property if you’re in the area.

My wife and I stayed here on our recent trip. The property is clean and well maintained. Easy access to I-4 and close to downtown and Busch Gardens. Met our needs and easy check in and out. We would stay again

Good little house close to the action

Perfect location only a few blocks from the main strip of Ybor. Nice up-to-date kitchen and comfortable memory foam mattresses in both rooms.

Cutest house!

The house was great and clean. Wish there was a tv in the second room. Neighborhood was sketchy and a bit noisy because of the interstate being right there. Otherwise, Jen was a great host and communicated in a timely manner. Would stay again. Thank you!

Great alternative to the overpriced Ybor hotels

Everything was in good working order. It was an older house but up to date.It was in an older neighborhood but within walking distance to the main city area.

Great house, quiet neighbourhood

Great house close to Ybor City, easy access to freeway. House could use a small lamp in first bedroom for reading and written instructions on operation of washer/drier. Everything else is as seen in photos, would stay again. Jeb is an excellent host, very good suggestions where to eat and things to see and quick response when questions arise.

The property was very nice. Jeb was great to work with. He responded in a timely manner when we contacted him. We asked him if we could get into the property earlier than check-in time. He was able to accommodate our request which we truly appreciated.

La Casita was great and communication with Jeb the host was excellent. We did found the blinds from living room and one room damaged, we reported immediately, host apologized, apparently they were broken by the previous guest’s dog and there was no time to get new ones. It was a little bit uncomfortable to have some broken blinds because it was see-through specially at night with lights on but we managed the situation. The house smell was incredible when we first got in, the cleaning lady made sure everything was super clean and we overall had a great stay. It is pretty walkable, very close to 7th Ave in the Ybor City District and just few blocks away from the first stop of the free-ride TECO line streecars we used a couple of times to get downtown Tampa. Highly recommend La Casita.

A perfectly priced alternative to staying in an overly priced downtown closet.

A perfect sized 2 bedroom stay that is uber close to downtown ybor. The house has been completely renovated and updated. The bathroom is a good size with amazing water pressure and temperature. Thanks to a tankless water heater, all the guests can take unlimited hot showers. A perfect way to start or end a day of exploring ybor. The beds are huge and beyond comfortable. No squeaks or noises from any of the beds or furniture. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use the moment you arrive. All linens are top quality and make you feel like you are staying in a 5 star resort. There is a washer/dryer combo for those random laundry needs during vaca. Jeb communicated with me from the moment we reserved the property all the way through our stay. We asked him for recommendations and he delivered everytime! The house is equipped with two flat screen TVs with a ton of channels and online streaming options. The backyard is secluded and privacy gated all around. The front porch provides the perfect place to wake up, drink your coffee, and get your day started at. Plenty of parking at the property. We could have stayed in a 2 bedroom condo, apartment, or hotel suite while paying three times the rate of this property but we would never had as much privacy and peacefulness as here. Nor would we have felt as comfortable. Thank you Jeb! Your property is exactly what we were looking for and more. We would definitely stay there again.

Jeb was welcoming, and the property was clean. The neighbors were nice. The neighborhood could not have been in a better location, adjacent to famous Ybor City, with 7 minutes by car or 20 minutes by City Trolley to the convention center. I was in town for a convention, and it was nice to start my day with coffee on the front porch before entering the chaos that is conventions. I highly recommend this location. It's simple, easy, clean, and has everything I needed.

Jeb was fabulous, we needed a place close to the port for a cruise and we loved the walking distance to Ybor for a day of fun. This place was perfect for our needs and I highly recommend it.

The property is conveniently located and was perfect for our stay. We drove in for a concert at Benchmark arena and utilized the Teco trolley for transportation. It's only a 10 minute walk to the station. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.
