This house was very convenient for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. It was too far to walk, so we parked closer and walked. The house was easy to access, very clean and tidy, the TVs and lighting were the best, and the beds were very comfortable. All of us slept so well. Thank you for a great experience!

Everything was good and as shown. The space was a little small compared to the pictures making it look a little roomer. The area needs some outside work. Really no true outside space. But I would stay again as every thing else you can tell the owner has put a lot of work in on the inside of the house.

We stayed here overnight while in town for a concert. House was spotless and well appointed. The beds are super comfy. Downtown was 10 minutes away and away from all the traffic trying to get out of the concert venue so getting back was really easy. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. If you are a racist you’ll probably want to skip this place.

The house was perfect for our get away weekend. We are a good distance to the beach, arena and downtown. We had 3 kids and it was perfect for all of us. The house was clean and we had no issues. We didn’t spend any time outside so can’t comment on that part but there is a couch and fire table.

Everything was easy with no problems. Although there for a short time, appreciated the location, comfortable bed, huge tv (and lights), thoughtful snacks, and fair price. The place is small but so much nicer and quieter than a hotel! Thank you!
