Not clean n not fully functioning
When you walk in it looked nice but as we looked around it was obvious no one had fully cleaned the house, master bed sheets were not changed, they were soiled, there were dead bugs in the bathtub, to many to count, the electrical plugs in both bathrooms didn’t work, the coffee pot was only for 4 cup, Brocken ice trays, baking pans should of been throw out and replaced. I had not seen any house roles before or during our stay. I had read that the pool was heated, not true it was a heat pump which means the air has to be warm enough to heat the pool. Leo would return my calls but did not believe me that the sheet were soiled. Which of course I had to clean them myself, and the bathtub. The drain in the bathtub literally took all day to drain, we went and bought drain cleaner. At this point I was hoping to be compensated a small amount but no. On our last day trying to leave the home Leo had an electrician come over at 9:00 to fix the electrical plugs, which I had to direct as getting ready to leave. No apologies or compensation. We rent homes through VRBO two to three times a year n have never given a bad review. I m a landlord myself and felt I wasn’t asking more then what should be expected.
