This is a great property. The kids loved the clubhouse and it was close to the parks, restaurants, and a Walmart.

Awesome place!

Our stay was great. It was very clean and welcoming. The house pool and neighborhood pool were great to swim in. We brought our dogs and my daughter and everyone had a great time.

Orlando Cigar Fest

We love the unit, my wife and friends have stayed before. There should be more than one roll of tissue in restrooms. Shower head was broken. But it’s an oasis’s away from home for sure!

Perfect for what we needed

We were happy with our stay. The animals next door caught us off guard at first but we adapted. The only issue we had was that the pool was closed for most of our stay and that was disappointing. Over all recommend - would stay again.

We are a week into our stay, the place is great, it has everything we need. It is a lovely quiet location. First day here realized the coffee maker wasn't working, contacted property management and it was replaced immediately. Staff were just finishing up when we arrived, very friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean and nicely staged.

Mattresses in all 3 bedrooms were so squeeky in every turn while sleeping. Totally uncomfortable. Both my daughter and I woke up with terrible body aches. Mattresses need to be replaced in all 3 bedrooms. Have at least startup Coffee. cream

Nice place, no frills.

If you're looking for a place to crash after Disney, this will work just fine. The neighbors dog was a little yappy but quieted down at night. There was no paper towels, 2 dishwasher tabs, and 2 laundry tabs. Other then no paper towels, it was exactly as described....except proximity to Disney. Not sure where they came up with 15 minutes to the park but it takes 10-15 minutes to get out of the neighborhood and another 20-30 from there. I marked them down for cleanliness solely for the pool, it needs some cleaning. The bed mattresses were the worst I've seen, if they swapped out the mattresses I would probably stay there again

A great place to stay

This location is something I will keep in mind for future stays. It’s located near Disney with ease of access to the park, Orlando, and a variety of places to eat and shop. It was very clean upon arrival and felt more like an actual home than a rental! The only thing lacking during our stay was the extra amenities such as bathroom supplies. You basically only get one extra roll of toilet paper, one dish washer pod, and one extra trash bag for the kitchen. That stuff runs out quick if you’ve got more than two people in your group. Otherwise the kitchen is well stocked with supplies for an extended stay. Do come prepared to deal with noisy neighbors as the property managers cannot deal with noise complaints themselves. The units are right next to one another and the outside patios are extremely audible from next door. It was unfortunate to deal with loud music and noisy neighbors a few nights past midnight and if you’re not confrontational like me you’ll probably just bear with it until the neighbors leave. There is not much to be done there of course. Before and during my trip the management responded to all my questions in an extremely timely and kind manner, usually within 12 hours or less, so I really loved that as well. Pictures don’t do this place justice and the value is amazing for what you get.

Okay for short stays

Rented this property for a short getaway to the parks in the area. Really didn't need anything that provided more than a clean and safe place to be at night. Neighborhood was good. You do have to drive quite aways from main throughfare to get to the location, but it was safe and quiet. I liked that there was a Ring doorbell outside the rental. My overall feeling is that the rental wasn't really prepared for our arrival. While it was mostly clean, I don't think it had been cleaned in a minute. There was no toilet paper in the main bath downstairs, so it was off to the upstairs bathrooms when we first arrived. Also, there were only bath towels out in the baths. A day after we arrived, we found hand towels and wash rags in the master closet on the shelf. while the rental had most anything you could need, the mattresses on the king and queen beds need replacing. They crinkle every time you move which is a most disturbing sound while sleeping. We had some issues with the main tv connection, but because I work for a technology company, I was able to navigate without contacting the service provider or management. Instructions were provided in the welcome email, but it wasn't a task of connecting to the tv service, the router was not working or connecting correctly. The tv upstairs in the room where we had our grandchild staying had no volume so that tv was unable to be used. Renters note - washer and dryer upstairs, not convenient. Decor is "tired"; we had a lot of trouble with the window blinds. But again, this rental was safe, priced reasonably, and provided a place of refuge from busy, hectic days.

Summer vacay

It was a great location. A little far from Universal, but we saw a lot of sights along our 40 min drive. Not too far from Disney. But allowed us to not get crammed into a hotel like our extended family. Thanks! It was great!!
