The apartment was clean and comfortable, in a good location, close to everything we wanted to see in Nimes. The entrance door was very difficult to lock and unlock. One reason we booked this apartment is because there was a washing machine and dryer. The dryer did not work because the door would not close properly.

Nimes is a wonderful city to visit and Barbara's apartment is in a fabulous location and beautifully furnished and decorated. We highly recommend staying here

Nimes a charming town, full of historical importance affected travelers to slow down, relax & enjoy.

We choose Nimes as our base to visit Nimes, Avignon. The Pont du Gard ancient Roman aqueduct bridge and Marseille. The apartment was centrally located and we conveniently walked to all local sites and the rail station for our several day trips. The property owner and local representative was most helpful. And the apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked for breakfast before our day trips or dining in after late returns. Near by area services met all needs for our active daily schedule.

Owner and property are wonderful

The property was well situated within the center of Nimes. It is close to everything you need. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. One of the best parts is the owner, who was gracious, informative and helpful. She took the initiative several times to ease the logistics of arriving and leaving, and was always available to help, but was not at all intrusive. Great location, great space, great host!!

Modern, Well-located Apartment in Nimes City Center

Perfect location from which you can explore Nimes. Within the historic center but close enough to the main streets for taxi and train station access. Apartment is a modern and well organized 2 bedroom. The terrace has a beautiful view of the neighboring courtyard. Check-in/out were both seamless. They even included a thoughtful listing of local restaurants and things to see. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Parfaitement situé et équipé

Appartement conforme à la description : rénové récemment,décoré avec goût, très bien équipé et doté d'une excellente literie. Le linge de maison fourni est un vrai plus. L'agréable terrasse donne sur un joli patio où se trouve des terrasses de restaurant. Le couvre feu de 21h nous a sûrement évité du bruit. De plus, il manque un double vitrage aux fenêtres des chambres. Elles donnent sur une ruelle très rapidement bruyante dès lors qu'un véhicule passe. Néanmoins, l'appartement est idéalement situé vous donnant accès à pied aux monuments historiques ainsi qu'aux différents commerces, terrasses et parkings. Barbara et Fanny sont très réactives et disponibles.

La description de l'annonce correspond exactement à ce que nous avons vu: appartement rénové, climatisé, très confortable, cuisine équipée avec lave vaisselle, lave linge et séchoir, télévision avec plusieurs choix de chaînes. Très bien situé au centre de l'Îlot Sacré. Propriétaire et dames de ménages facilement soignables pour les conseils. Un parking à 20m, "tarif forfait possible: 45 euros pour 7 jours, non compris dans le prix de la location.

Très bel appartement au centre de Nîmes dans l'îlot Littré dans le centre historique et piétonnier.

La location s'est déroulée au mieux avec la propriétaire Barbara. L'accueil sur place a été réalisé par Fanny et tout était parfait. L'appartement est vraiment très lumineux et très agréable, tout confort. Les 2 chambres sont équipées de lits confortables et de grands placards très pratiques. La salle de bain est très fonctionnelle, s'y trouve une grande douche à l'italienne et un grand lavabo. WC séparé. La terrasse est très sympa et donne sur l'intérieur de l'îlot, soleil le matin. Il y a de l'air conditionné mais en ouvrant les fenêtres du séjour et des chambres nous ne l'avons pas utilisé... Cuisine très bien équipée. Bref un lieu où l'on se sent vite chez soit et très agréable, très bien situé pour découvrir Nîmes à pied car proche de tout. Merci pour ce bel appartement Barbara ! Et peut-être à une prochaine fois, il y a encore des endroits à découvrir à Nîmes et dans les environs, Pascal et sa famille.
