Great stay with Family

The home was great! Pool and big connect four game was a hit with my daughter (11), Big TVs were a hit for my boys (14 & 18), and the convenience of all the stuff (dishes, bandaids, sunscreen, etc) at the house was awesome!

Great home for a family!

We stayed over spring break and the house was perfect for our family! Kids enjoyed the pool and great outdoor seating to relax! Jeff and Polly were very accommodating when we reserved on Friday afternoon and arrived on Saturday. Reasonably priced and we just drove to the beach.

Home Away From Home!

We flew into Florida for one last family vacation before my son headed off to college. This home is close to many restaurants, shopping, and beaches! It is an absolutely beautiful home, and the pool was wonderfully relaxing! The price was quite reasonable, and Jeff and Polly were fantastic!

Clean and Cozy

We had a wonderful time at Jeff and Polly's home. The space was extremely clean, in a good location and the owners were friendly and helpful. Communication was easy and the home was very comfortable. I love that it didn't feel sterile like some Vrbo's. There are TV's in almost every room and the main sofa is very cozy! My son's thoughts: Whoever lives here is lucky!

Perfect House for Staycation

We drove down from Indiana for a “staycation” the house was perfect my 8 year old loved to swim whenever he wanted. The weather was perfect, the local grocery store offered delivery. The house kitchen had everything we needed to make most of all our meals in. The Pool was warm and the waterfall feature was very relaxing!! Jeff was great with communication, check in was a breeze.

We were not able to travel during this time of the COVID virus.

We had to cancel flight and accommodations due to the virus. I am still waiting for all refunds from VRBO. Please advise. I am hoping to reschedule at another time but not sure if everyone in my group that was going, will be able to do so at another time.

Jeff and I lived in NH until 2019. We first visited Cape Coral in 2017 staying at a VRBO and absolutely fell in love with the culture, weather and life style and decided to sell our home when we became Empty Nesters and moved here. We want to offer our home for those that would love to visit and enjoy a piece of paradise like we had done. This was the perfect home for us. We loved the split entry, the pool and fenced in yard. We are in the best location, close to the gulf, grocery stores, entertainment and restaurants, all within a few minutes BUT off the beaten path enough to enjoy our lanai and the sounds of the birds.

Step into this gorgeous ideal split floor plan where the master is on one side and quest rooms on the other. This 3 bedroom home that comfortably sleeps 6. What will strike you immediately when you enter the home, is the number if sliders and windows to the pool area and views from Front Room; Living Room; Kitchen, Dining room table and Master Bedroom. You will love the open concept and views of the pool from all 3 sliders. The front room holds an impressive 80" TV and large leather recliner (4 seats recline) You will also love the large TV in the living room with large sectional which makes it easy to gather and spend time with friends and family.
