I am an Acupuncturist and Herbalist in private practice. My wife works in the film & tv industry. We are a happy couple living in our favorite town of Asbury Park.

No small children as home isn't child-proofed. Couple preferred but up to 4 adults allowed. Also, no parties please! Come chill, relax, bike around, BBQ, and take in the glory of Summer in Asbury Park.

5 min bike ride to beautiful Northside beaches. Walk to Booskerdoo Coffee, Local 130 sustainable seafood market, plus we have rentable electric scooters at the corner.

QUIET and neighborly part of Asbury with a lot of PRVACY.

Gorgeous but comfortable home that is completely set up for lounging, relaxed or gourmet cooking, excellent records and book collection.

We enjoy close proximity to beach and the hub bub of AP but are just far enough away to not have noise issues or parking issues.

This is our primary home with lovely design details and artwork at every turn. This is not a typical rental property. We only rent out 1 month a year and have had great guests these past few years.
