Entire 6BR Beachtown Home w/ Parking, Patio, Balcony and Yard
Fully-equipped 6BR beach home with 3 full bathrooms, one on each floor. Parking for 3 large vehicles. Sip your morning coffee/afternoon cocktail on the balcony. Grill and have dinner on patio. Walk or bike to beach (about 10 blocks). Close to downtown. Near Deal Lake (canoes and paddle boarding). Modern kitchen with island to prep & serve, washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air, cable TV, WiFi, workspace. Safe and serene. Perfect for families/friends get togethers. Totally renovated, sanitized.
I am available during the entire stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a phone call or text away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.
Northwest Asbury is a safe and quiet area that can provide a haven from the beach traffic. The neighborhood is characterized as owner-occupied single-family homes with beautiful lawns, foliage, pools, and porches. The wide avenues provide ample parking and the sidewalks have steady foot traffic from residents walking their dogs. As a neighborhood in a beach town, it can provide both of best worlds of quick access to the beach but a quiet retreat from beach behavior.

Many within the neighborhood either walk or bike to the beach. The City of Asbury Park has selected LINK powered by Superpedestrian to deploy an electric scooter share program across the entire City starting May 21, 2021. The program includes up to 250 scooters stationed at over 50 designated parking locations around Asbury Park. There is limited to no metered or permit parking west of Main Street. Ride-sharing apps like Uber, Lyft, etc. are favored alternatives to permit and metered parking east of Main Street.
Asbury Park is easily accessible via the North Jersey Coast railroad line of NJ Transit. The Bayhead service line of North Jersey Coast provides stops throughout the Jersey Shore. Accessible via highway by the Garden State Parkway (North/South) and NJ State Route 33 (East/West).
Pros:
1) Large home that is cost Effective for big groups
2) Newly Renovated
3) Fully Equipped; kitchen supplies (glasses, plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker), towels, linens/bedding, washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron, cable tv, streaming services, WiFi, etc.
Cons:
1) The home is near an elementary school with a soccer field which can be noisy and have heavier traffic at midday depending on the day of the week and time of the year
2) The bedrooms are located on the second and third floors
