Our 440 sq. ft. comfy condo is open concept with a brand new bathroom, shower, smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and all-new furniture.

Literally steps from the beach, Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, aquarium, restaurants, and family attractions.

We own five (5) other condos in the building if you need more space for family or friends.

Includes one (1) parking spot; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available.

Two adult beach badges are provided; additional passes can be purchased at the beach.

Living Room: open concept living room with Smart tv and hi-speed wifi and all new furniture.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with Oven and Stove, with kitchen island for four (4) people, Kuerig coffee maker provided (some KCups provided).

Bedrooms: Two small bedrooms, one queen bed in each bedroom (with closets), sleeps 4 comfortably. We provide bed linens.

Bathroom: standup shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is small, but it is brand new. We provide 4 sets of bath towels, and we provide sufficient body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Enjoy your own outdoor space with a table, chairs and relaxing bench to unwind after a long day at the beach including a condo community yard.

Includes one (1) parking spot directly outside your door; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available.

We also provide two (2) beach badges good for two (2) adults, additional badges can be purchased at the beach.

You have the entire place to yourself!

NO PARTIES ALLOWED

Quiet Hours after 10 pm are strictly enforced.

We respond very quickly in the Airbnb app and we have an on-call supervisor if anything is needed.

We have a professional cleaning service to clean and disinfect the apartment before each stay.

Early Check-in and/or Late Check-out requests are not guaranteed. We will accomodate as much as we can depending on other guests checking in/out.
