This location was chosen for its proximity to most things central and walking distance. Having lived in La Paz, I was aware of the popularity of this location, and ease of getting around.I was also aware that on certain times it could be loud. What I wasn’t prepared for was the almost nightly parties/ bands/ bar activity, not to mention vehicle street noise. My last visit to this neighborhood was 2 years ago and the nightly activity I has definitely increased. The house was nice, relaxing courtyard, although the pool mechanics ran more than not. The kitchen had the bare basics as far as utensils and cooking. No lime juicer in a Mexican kitchen? Really? Finally found the cheese grater tucked in a back cabinet and the can opener in an unusual place.Plastic glasses for the pool/ patio area were plentiful. A tray for carrying appetizers or food to patio would be nice. The screen door at the kitchen doesn’t lock. Which is good as neither screen doors, when locked, could be opened from the patio side- primary rooms off patio. The two showers in street side rooms were ok, but hot/ cold must be used with caution as it would suddenly get too hot. Adjusting it was pointless. The water is never cold this time of year, so cool showers were the norm. This space could use some spiffing up for the rates charged.
