My family of 7 stayed here for 4 days and it was wonderful. The location is right on the beach with access to everything.

Loved that the property was right on the beach. Just two steps down from the deck and you are on the beach. The house itself is nice. It has a large deck where you can watch the sunrise and sunset. Property is easy to get to and is right next to Slappy’s Chowder where you can get a milkshake in the afternoon and french toast fries in the morning. Highly recommend this place if you just want to getaway for a few days and do nothing but listen to the sound of the ocean.

My adult boys and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Nell's place. She was very communicative prior to the stay. The house was stocked with everything needed for the week. My boys particularly loved bbq'ing on the wood fired grill. We loved walking right out the back door to the sand and beach and fire pit.

Weekend stay

Our family had a great time staying at the Sanddollar! A fun beach house with awesome views of the ocean and the sand right outside the back door! We used the fire pit overlooking the ocean each night! The hot tub was nice to take a soak in too! The house is well loved with a lot of necessary beach items. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

On … we mean really on the sand

We were so happy to step off the porch onto the sand. We toasted marshmallows over the fire.Place was warn and cozy inside.Perfect… we will be back.

Great views awesome location

Very nice excellent beach access nice clean spa nice patio setting. You can even eat breakfast and drink coffee inside and see the beach with a full view.

Beautiful View

I loved being able to walk right out the back door and see the beautiful ocean. This was a great place to hang back and relax. We would defiantly consider staying here again!

You want a place RIGHT on the beach where you can watch your kids play in the water while sipping wine on the deck then this is it! It is Very well equipped with all the necessities of home! Just bring sunscreen!! It may not be the latest modern architecture but you’ll love it! And did I say it’s dog friendly!!

Spring Break Getaway.

We stayed at Nell’s property on a last minute spring break getaway. The location was perfectly set on the beach with easy access to the Oceano Dunes. Very charming older home. Had amazing views of the Pacific Ocean sunsets and the fire pit was in perfect location to watch people get stuck entering and exiting the dunes.

Another Stay at Nell’s

I think this was our 5th time of renting this Beach house! We absolutely love it there. Our grandchildren are 8 and 5 now and enjoy the sand right outside of the deck. We have two Labrador Retrievers that have come with us every time. So we don’t have to leave any family members behind. The fire pit is also a family favorite. Some-mores just have to be made! We will come back again and again as long as Nell allows us to!!!

The positive is that the view was great. But the windows were dirty. I went out and washed them down so we had a better view. It had a beach vibe, but it was overall dirty. It needs a professional cleaning. You are directly at the point where cars drive on to the beach. So there is a lot of traffic day and night. There were no dressers to unpack your clothes. We lived out of suitcases' for a week. The furniture is old and worn. Two of the bedrooms had little to no ventilation and no windows. I would not stay there again.
