The location was too notch and the apartment was perfect. We were greeted by Michelle and I am glad to have had some French language. We did not meet Audrey. Parking was a challenge but we located a spot and paid 35 euros for 24 hours.

I am a writer and usually quite precise about language. The very lovely people who own the property where I stayed also own a property at La Pointe Courte, which was my desired location (I came to Sete to do research on La Pointe Courte). Of course, with VRBO you don't get notified as to where you're staying until the last minute, so it wasn't until I actually got to the apartment, which is up the hill from downtown Sete, that I realized that I wasn't actually staying where I had intended. The apartment where I ended up staying was perfectly fine, clean and functional, but it had nothing to do with what I thought I was renting. Is this my fault? The fault of the listing? Not quite sure. But if you want to stay in La Pointe Courte, make absolutely sure that's where you're staying.

I do understand your disappointment, especially since you were hoping to be in La Pointe Courte. Just to clarify, we don’t have a property in La Pointe Courte, although the apartment you booked is very close—about a 5-minute walk—and also conveniently located 10 minutes from both the train station and the town centre. The location is shown on the map in the “Explore the area” section of the listing (even if the exact address isn’t displayed), and it’s always possible to double-check in advance with a quick web search or by contacting me directly by telephone. Rien à dire, tout était très bien. L'appartement est fonctionnel et très agréable. La literie est excellente. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Sète. L'accueil de Leigh et son mari était parfait. Une adresse que nous retiendrons pour nos prochains séjours à Sète.

Sejour formidable

Appartement très bien situé. Très belles prestations pour y séjourner. En cas de grosse chaleur la climatisation manque car elle se résume à une climatisation mobile mais les ventilateurs dans chaque chambre étaient les bienvenus

C'était un vrai plaisir de vous recevoir Laurence. La climatisation est du marque DELONGHI PACCN93ECO climatiseur mobile adapté pour une surface jusqu'à 90m2. L'appartement fait 55m2 donc avec une utilisation correcte, l'appartement attend facilement une température confortable. Au plaisir de vous recevoir à nouveau!
