Discover a luxury apartment overlooking Annecy and the mountains. Duplex for 4 people with 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Close to the shops of the Parmelan district (Galeries Lafayettes).
You will reach Lake Annecy on foot in just 10 minutes (800m).

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high-speed WiFi.
The living room has a sofa bed 140x200cm (Double).
Upstairs, the bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x190cm (Double) and a bathroom with bath.

Linen will be provided for your stay.
The accommodation is located on the 6th floor with elevator.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

🅿️An outdoor parking space is included with the apartment reservation.
Important: the apartment is non-smoking.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake)

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

lovely large apartment

really enjoyed our stay here. there was a mishap with our check in - we asked if we could arrive 40 minutes early and were told no, so we needed to meet at 4pm. the host then texted me 20 minutes before check in saying she was on her way - we obviously weren't, because we'd been told to wait until 4pm. i received several missed calls from her while we were walking to the apartment (I didn't see these because we were walking to the apartment in the pouring rain, I wasn't on my phone). we arrived at the apartment at 4pm, she called me again to ask where we were. it turned out we had been sent the wrong address, so we were at the wrong apartment. the host was quite angry with us, saying she had lots of check ins to do that day - but absolutely none of this was our fault, we had already asked if we could arrive early and been told no. other than this negative experience, everything about the flat was really great, we really loved the space. i would just suggest that the owners make sure their hosts have plenty of time to check people in, so that they don't get stressed + angry if there are miscommunications. plus, ensuring people have the correct address.

Super séjour

Très bel appartement dans résidence sécurisée avec parking. Très bien équipé, propre, spacieux proche commerces, lac et vieille ville, le tout à pied. Lit fait à l'arrivée. Excellent accueil avec de bons conseils.

En dehors des appréciations ci-dessus, nous tenons à vous informer qu'à l'arrivée la réceptionniste nous a signalé un inconvénient important concernant le fonctionnement du rideau électrique de la baie vitrée du salon. Ce rideau "aurait été dégradé par les locataires précédents". Une proposition de réparation nous a été proposée la veille de notre départ par une entreprise mandatée par la Commanderie du Lac. Nous avons refusé d'être dérangés le dernier jour de notre séjour sachant qu'il n'y aurait pas de locataire après notre départ. Nous avons vécu pendant une semaine dans une pièce très assombrie alors qu'il y avait un soleil radieux à l'extérieur. Imaginez vous notre situation si le temps avait été sombre et pluvieux ? Ne pouvant joindre à ce mail les photos que nous avons prises nous tenons à vous informer de la demande d'une indemnisation financière que nous allons réclamer à la Commanderie du Lac. Cette réclamation ainsi que les photos pourront vous être adressées si vous le souhaitez.

bel appartement bien situé, près du lac et de la vieille ville, terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. Magnifique quand le beau temps est là. néanmoins, une réfection de l'électricité est nécessaire dans la chambre et la SDB sinon, tout est ok
