Well appointed and clean apartment

The little street the apartment block is situated in may initially be underwhelming, the apartment itself was very clean, and spacious and well equipped. Contact and support from the host was easy to access.

Just as expected

This was a very nice place for 5 adults to stay. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The third full/queen bed was a hideaway in the living room which could be closed off at night. The 2 bedrooms had a small balcony which was really nice. One of the owner's assistant met us at the apartment to show us around. They had very detailed instructions for everything in a binder. The washer worked well and they offered detergent. There was a drying rack on the balcony which was mostly covered in case of rain. The assistant was running late to meet us, but that worked out because we were running late too. Transportation was a bit challenging to figure out initially and this apartment is on the far end of Trastevere from the city center so plan to take transportation everywhere you want to go. We felt very safe, but some may not like to stay in this area.

It is a good apartment for a group. Clean and in a good area with station and supermarkets nearby. The owner is very friendly and communicates with you at all times. Nice Clean Apartment

We had a great time in Rome! This property was super clean, was good for 4 adults, a couple and two grown children. Had everything we needed and the property manager answered all our questions promptly. The only somewhat negative was the location. It was great as for the location to train station, but didn’t have many places to walk to close by.... All in all, a nice spot!!

Without doubts this is the best place I’ve stayed in Europe. Near of almost every attraction in the city, near to a supermarket, restaurants and a train station. Very good attention of the owner too. The rooms were big and everything worked without perfectly. This place is highly recommended.

Recommended! Good price! 7 adults could stay comfortable in this apartement. It was very central with tram, bus, train close by. Aircondition and WiFi worked perfectly. Two bathrooms. Daniele was «online» and easy to communicate with. We would be happy to stay another time!

Удобное расположение квартиры: близко остановка автобуса, трамвая, а так же станция ж/д вокзала. Так же рядом находятся супермаркет и торговая улица с большим количеством магазинов. Квартира чистая и уютная. Имеется все необходимое. Хозяин квартиры Даниэль, приветливый молодой человек, встретил нас поздно вечером, а когда выяснилось, что у нас поздний вылет разрешил остаться в квартире до 20:00 вместо заявленных 11:00! Спасибо ему за это огромное!!! Всем советуем это жильё!

We loved this apartment very much. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walking distance to public transportation and 15 minutes tram or train to main tourist attractions. The apartment is only one block away from coffee shops, pizzerias, and a grocery store. The host is very kind and provided excellent communication, and gave us a lot of information on the home upon check-in. The apartment was nicely furnished, very affordable, spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in Rome and would definitely stay here again next time.

Very Nice

The apartment is very nice, clean, comfortable and spacious. It is located in a quiet area that is close to the train and there are also other restaurants and stores close by. Daniele couldn't be there for our arrival but he had his mom be there to welcome us and she was very welcoming and friendly. She gave us useful information that was very helpful during our stay in Rome. We are very satisfied and glad that we chose to stay at this place while we were in Rome.
