This home was in the ideal location for seeing the top attractions in Rome. Communication with the host was excellent. Had great WiFi and the a/c worked great. The apartment had everything we could need including a beautiful little terrace. Even though we were in the heart of the city, it was quiet. The only problem we had was that they were painting the whole inside of the building. So white dust was everywhere in the hallway and staircase. However, the workers were extremely nice and tried to keep the mess to a minimum. I’m sure the inside will look lovely when finished. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay when in Rome again

Location, location, location!!!!! the apartment was satisfactory and reasonably clean. I’d give it a B, but since the location was off the charts great? I’d rank it up to an A- you can’t be being around restaurants and cute little shops. Walking distance to many of the sites or a quick bus stop away.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

This location was spacious for the two of us and very comfortable. It was fairly quiet overnights and restful. It was conveniently located with lots of restaurants and small markets nearby. The area is very walkable, between the Vatican and Navona and we felt very safe. It is close to public transportation and the sights. We had one small problem with shower drain that Emanuele responded to quickly and with satisfaction. .

Amazing! Perfect location, wonderful accommodations, just an incredible overall vacation. First time traveling without our kids, -although, even if you had kids this would be a great option. The location makes it so easy, walking distance to everything, the taxi dropped us off right in front, there is a taxi stand right around the corner so getting back to airport was easy. Plus access to cafes and restaurants right out the door. Just a no fuss situation. After walking all over Rome all day in 80 weather, a shower was all you could think about. The shower in this place was epic! The water pressure was divine. Bed was comfortable too, and with the AC on couldn't hear outside noise. I would return in a heartbeat!

Excellent! Exceeded expectations! Great location, spacious clean apartment with beautiful terrace.

Would rent again without hesitation. Great location that allows easy walk to everything you would want to see in Rome. Apartment is spacious and clean with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed all of our breakfasts on the terrace as well as one supper during a 4 night stay. Private but just enough neighborhood background noise to remind you that you are in one of the world's most vibrant cities. Check in was as scheduled and Emanuele was quick to respond to every inquiry. I would like to thank to young gentleman who met us at check in and walked us through the apartment and got us settled in. He made the whole experience great from the start. This was our first apartment rental and we truly appreciate Emmanuel and his staff for a great first experience. Grazie!

Location and comfort!

From the pre-booking communications to the arrival check-in, everything was easy and clearly processed. Emanuele and his staff (Flavio helped us) were great- we had a small issue after arrival and Flavio returned to help us out! The apartment was great! The ac worked perfectly (required in 40+ temps) and the space was just what we needed. We will be back!

Clean, modern, quiet

The apartment was spacious, clean, modern and quiet. A fabulous location in the heart of Centro Storico. Definitely would return here. The staff were attentive. Example: there is a Nespresso machine with some pods for coffee, however I like my espresso made the traditional way. They delivered a machinetta the same day.
