Muy cómodo y coqueto
El apartemento es muy coqueto y muy cómodo, la única inconveniencia es que está al lado de una calle con un cruce muy ruidoso, por lo que hay que estar con las ventanas cerradas. El centro de Dinan está a 10 o 15 minutitos andando y es una ciudad medieval preciosa.

🙁 Il manque des précision sur l'accès à l'appartement et à la terrasse. Les vitres sont sales 🧐. Petite fuite de chasse d'eau. Le bruit si les fenêtres sont ouvertes. Prévoir un escabeau pour les personnes de petite taille qui doivent fermer les velux."

Juste une petite remarque sur le mange debout en sous pente , pas très pratique, une petite table aurait été plus fonctionnelle.
De plus les chaînes TV sont limitées aux chaines de 20 à 25, uniquement !
Dommage que le voisinage soit si bruyant, réveil le dimanche matin par une scène de ménage de 6h à 8h, par les voisins du dessous, pas top pour se reposer...."

LA COTISSOISE Logement facile d'accès avec parking. Arrivée flexible qui était très pratique. Le logement était agréable, ceci dit l'éclairage n'était pas très cocooning. Mais l'appartement était bien équipé, calme, malgré la route qui passe devant (bonne isolation thermique et sonore).
