The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 53 m² flat for rent, located on the 1ᵉʳ floor and able to accommodate up to 5 travellers. Located between the Vilaine and the Mail, the new Mecca of Rennes-style conviviality, lined with new bars and restaurants with their convivial terraces, that this flat is located. It comprises two bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, a lounge and a large shower room. Bed linen and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided, and your bed will be made on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- A lounge area with double sofa bed and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with a bar, conventional oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and all crockery and cutlery.
- Dining area for 4 to 6 people
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160x200), large wardrobe and desk
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds (80x200) that can be joined together, desk
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine/dryer
- Separate WC

Neighbourhood :
Only a few minutes' walk from the town centre, the Mail, this tree-lined thoroughfare is the perfect place to come and take the pulse of the town, have a drink, shop for organic and local produce on Wednesday afternoons, unearth nuggets from second-hand booksellers and antique dealers on certain Sundays, play sport or play local games such as shuffleboard offered by the various bars, grocery shops and restaurants.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the nearby public pay car parks.

- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 18 minutes by car (6.8 km)

Das habe ich ihr geschrieben und sie war dann sehr flexibel. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind schön und praktisch, man kann gut an dem Esstisch oder auf dem Sofa vor dem Fernseher sitzen. Die Wohnung ist gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet, man kann für sich selbst kochen und es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine. 🙁 Es wäre schön, wenn in Zukunft ein kleiner Stadtplan und Informationen z.B. über aktuelle events in der Wohnung bereitliegen würden, vielleicht auch Hinweise auf Lebensmittelgeschäfte. In der Küche ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Schränke etwas hoch hängen, kleinere Personen müssen wohl auf einen Stuhl steigen, um sich etwas aus den oberen Fächern zu nehmen."
