Great stay amazing location

Everything was perfect other then Upon arrival we had no toilet paper or towels BUT we were given an early entry so this could have been the delay Location 15 from Vatican walk 15 from Trevi walk 17 from colosseum walk So perfect

Excellent location with plenty of space

I spent three nights at this apartment with my family of four. The check-in process was super easy, and I highly recommend using the airport pick up. The line for a taxi cab at the airport had about 100 people in it. The hosts were very friendly and easy to get in touch with if needed. The location is super convenient with tons of markets, restaurants and cafe nearby. We easily walked to Campo di Fiori and Piazza Navona. There is a taxi stand a few blocks away, so it was easy to get a taxi when needed. We took taxi’s to the major tourist spots such as the Vatican and the Coliseum. The only caution I would give is that there is a steep staircase getting up to the bedrooms, so might not be ideal if you have mobility issues. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Great location

Overalll, we had a nice stay in the apartment. We basically were there only to sleep and shower. The upstairs shower was very awkward to shower in, as it is a tub with a shower curtain and the walls are slanted and impossible to close the curtain all the way. The curtain also blows into the shower and sticks to you as you are showering. Could use also a shelf or a little table in the bathroom to rest the hairdryer on so that you don't have to put it in the sink while drying your hair. Very minor issues that could probably be fixed easily. We arranged airport pick up thru the property and it was well worth it for 5 of us. Picked up as soon as we exited baggage claim and delivered straight to the property. Highly recommend doing that versus train and taxi. Overall we had a good stay.

Excellent location and great host

The location was excellent, easy to walk to most attractions, if not, an easy taxi ride away. In addition, a number of coffee shops are within five minute walks and mini-marts (i.e. PAM local) were also easy to walk to. The place was clean and spacious as advertised. Bernedetta, our host, was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Our teenagers were also please with very reliable wifi services, including a smart TV to catch some shows during our down times. Overall, a recommendable stay.

Perfect location and accommodation

This accommodation was exactly as advertised. It’s near many sites, for example just a 15 minute walk from the Vatican. The kitchen has everything one would need. Bathroom facilities are first class. The property manager responded promptly to our questions as did Mrs Benedetta who was very helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property. Marcel L. , Alberta, Canada.

Needs maintenance, but great location!?

Our property manager was running 30 minutes behind schedule on our check in day...which was fine as she let us know in advance...except when we entered the property it had not been cleaned yet? The property manager was apologetic. She did have nice suggestions for restaurants in Rome. There is no dryer built into the washer in this property. Ask the property manager where the drying racks are as we had to search for them to do laundry for our family of 4. The location of this property is excellent...but the property needs a fresh coat of paint. The downstairs bathroom had a nice enough shower with decent water pressure...but, my main concern was what looked like black mold on the walls, spanning the perimeter of the upper bathroom wall.

Great location

Perfect location. Walking distance to all main sites. Good sized apartment, but in need of redecoration and proper cleaning between guests. To be honest it was grubby. Bathroom shower mat was still wet and footstained from previous guests. Its also very noisy, creaky floors and thin walls. Benedetta , however, was a fabulous host/contact. She organised food, taxis and had lots of local advice. She was lovely.

Awesome location great host!

We loved our stay in Roma. Benedetta was an awesome host and she was so helpful both before and after we arrived. The flat is in the perfect location, walking distance to all of the great tourist sites. We would definitely stay here again. It is great layout, very clean and located in neighbor with plenty of cafes and outdoor dining.

Clean and convenient and charming

Alessandro, the host, arranged for transport for us from the airport. His assistant Benedetta met us at the apartment. Both were very responsive to all our questions before arrival and during our stay. The apartment provided good space and was very comfortable. It is conveniently located to all the attractions and bars, restaurants and shopping near by. I would absolutely stay here again!

très bonne situation dans Rome

Appartement très confortable malgré le manque de lumière naturelle. Accueil très agréable et horaires négociables. Quelques détails à vérifier avant l'arrivée des locataires : bonne marche des machines et des luminaires, torchons de cuisine, ménage perfectile.

Fantastic location

This property was in a perfect location, 10m from the Vatican, 10m to Campo do Fiori and 20m in to the centre for all other attractions. You can walk anywhere if you’re feet can take it! The property is very clean and with great air con. The kitchen is very basic, however the property host, Benedetta was amazing and did all that she could to help us. She would help at any time and was so friendly, replacing things that were missing. Two good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. WiFi good✔️ We would stay here again

Great location, great communication, needs refreshed

Our stay here in Rome was great. The owners were very communicative and responsive, and the location was right where we wanted to be on a quiet side street. The apartment has nice amenities, but it's showing some wear and was built somewhat hastily. It's a little less modern and airy than appears in the pictures. The biggest downfalls are the hard beds and especially the showers - they could use an overhaul, particularly the one in the master bedroom. Would happily stay again if they were improved.

Spacious Apartment in Prime Location

Our family of four stayed in the apartment for four days. We found the towels, linens and kitchen were well appointed, the AC worked wonderfully, the bedrooms provided lots of space to spread out. We made use of the car service which was easy, timely and convenient. Would recommend staying here.

Fantastic apartment close to all attractions

We had a wonderful stay. Booking with Alessandro was very easy and Benedetta was there to greet us when we arrived and couldn’t have been more helpful providing us with all the information we needed about the apartment and the local area. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and within walking distance of all of the main attractions. It is also close to a fantastic selection of shops, bars snd restaurants. We were totally spoilt for choice. Would highly recommend and would stay here again if visiting Rome.

Muy buen ubicación

Súper ubicación! Estuvimos muy contentos, íbamos 2 adultos 4 menores. Benedetta muy amable en el check in y rápido contestaba los mensajes y estaba dispuesta a ayudar en lo que se necesitaba. Los baños un poco viejos y el baño de arriba tenía gotera a la parte de abajo. Se podía oír el ruido de la calle en las noches y estaba un poco obscuro el Departamento pero había muchas lámparas para compensar. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar ahí ya que la ubicación es excelente.
