Everything was great, except for the king size bed upstairs was too hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. We went to walmart for pillows an then all was perfect!The cabin was beautiful and we loved the area!

Beautiful Mountain View’s and incredible location that is very close to the main road and all the things you want to do. 10 minutes to almost any part of gatlinburg, 10 minutes to Dollywood, 10 minutes to the Island. Only downside for us was the cleanliness. Cabin needs a deep clean desperately. Cabin could excellent with just some tiny improvements and upgrades.

This is a beautiful cabin with such a beautiful view. All bedrooms need TV ,better chanel access and ceiling fans. Thats the only thing I would say could improve.

Nice place but some things were not as the pictures described but it did look like it had been updated in a few areas. Hot tub was nice but filter needed cleaning. We had a pretty view and it was a pretty easy drive to and from the main road.

There was no soap in the 3 rd floor bathroom shower so we had to use the shampoo for our soap. The number to the cabin was hard to find due to the number was located almost behind the trash dumpster. Need better numbers where you can find them. Other than those we had a great time. You have a very nice cabin. We did enjoy! Wayne

The stay and property was perfect and we had a great time. However, I sent the host three separate emails/messages through the app and never received a reply. Very disappointed with that.

The entire cabin was very clean. The coffee pot needs cleaning or replaced is the only concern we had. The location was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host kept us informed and answered any questions or concerns we had while booking. Definitely would book cabin again with him.

Everything was good. We had everything we needed. Very enjoyable stay. Parking was cramped for an SUV and a van and when the water comes on it makes a lot of noise but overall it was great.

View was beautiful. Stayed at Fresh Air cabin. Nice pool. Not a long drive or excessive curves. Master was on top floor which due to my back could not climb stairs so kids were up there. Only reason why i gave 4 instead 5 was it really needed a good detail cleaning. Surface was clean and not enough to want to cancel or complain. Just noticeable. Dust build up, stairs not swept etc. Book of instructions was out of date. Owner communicated well.

Needs Sound

I’ll start with the bad since that’s what people really wanna know…The house has thin walls/poor insulation which allows noise to easily penetrate and travel through. If people are on different sleep schedules, this will be a big problem because anytime water is running, doors/cabinets closing, or people are walking or talking, everyone in the house can hear it. When the water is running, it causes a loud vibrating noise throughout the house. The Internet also dropped in and out throughout our stay making it difficult for my husband who was trying to do Teams calls for work. The pool is not the greatest. My son said there was hair and Band-Aids in it. Kitchen had a few weird design things, like you have to open the oven to be able to open one of the drawers. I’m short and couldn’t reach the one of the cabinets.If you have questions, it takes a day or two for the property manager to respond. The phone numbers they provide go straight to a voicemail. One of the cleaning ladies did call me back though, and I appreciated that.We love the view from the porch, and spent most of our time there. We had a sweet little raccoon that came to visit us each night and ate right out of our hands. Some people might not like this, but we loved our little friend. We came home one night, and he was sitting at the door waiting on us. Hot tub was great fun for kids. Location is great and close to all the major stuff. The cabin was clean, plenty of hangers and drawer space.
