The house was great other than the dust on everything and the cockroaches in the kitchen area. I notified the owner and they refunded the cleaning fees. Good news we didn’t bring any home with us.

Nice location

This property is in a great location of the main drag in Pigeon Forge. We had a problem with the plumbing in the basement that was fixed the next day.

Location is convenient to the Parkway.

Stay was nice but property is a bit outdated. We booked because included a community swimming pool, but this was not available when we arrived. We had two very disappointed children.

Good should have been better

Pictures was fairly accurate. The cabin had updated appliances. The cabin should have exterminated prior to our arrival. The cockroaches created an unpleasant environment. They appeared in several places. There were several areas throughout the cabin that had spiderwebs and places that needed to be dusted. The mattress on the lower area had a creaky sound and it was uncomfortable.

Hot Tub & Fireplace Issues

The location is close to the parkway strip with lots of food/entertainment options and the amenities matched the listing. We stayed the week between Christmas and New Years, so everywhere was packed with long wait times for restaurants. Our main complaints for the house are around cleanliness - found empty water bottles and candy wrappers from past guests in the room with bunk beds, cob webs in several areas, and the he hot tub was supposedly drained/cleaned/sanitized, but wasn’t full and had obvious leaves in the filter. Contacted the property manager and they filled, but the leaves remained which makes me question whether it was cleaned since there was a cover protecting from leaves. Didn’t use it for this reason, which was a big draw in selecting this property. Also, the fireplace is hard to light and you need a wand lighter or matches along with some google/YouTube videos to figure out. The instructions said to just turn on timer but that didn’t do anything. We eventually figured out and were able to use, but was a struggle to get started every night.

Great Location

This property was in a great location in a nice quiet neighborhood but still close to the action. We enjoyed our stay and loved sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs.

Cozy

The cabin was a little more compact than I originally thought. Looks like it's under new ownership, and the owners are in the process of making the cabin better. Overall, this was one of the best stays I've had. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
