The Aqua condo grounds it self was very clean very nice the condo unit was very clean but it could use some new mattresses on the beds they were not to comfortable and the blinds had a lot missing but overall I would stay here again we really enjoyed our stay

Perfect Fall Break!

We love the location! It is so close to Pier Park. Shuckems is across the street. Outlaw Rentals is across the street for our golf cart rental. Short drive to lots of our favorite restaurants, souvenir shops, and Wal-Mart. The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. There was a closet full of chairs, beach toys, and floats we were able to use. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Condo was clean upon our arrival and there was a broom and mop but the dustpan needs to be replaced. Now for a couple of issues, the dishwasher would not get the dishes clean so we had to hand wash them. The first load of laundry we did the laundry pod never even came open so we had to get some liquid laundry detergent after rewashing the first load. The balcony only had 3 chairs and one broken lounge chair. There needs to be more places to sit especially since the condo is advertised to sleep 8. We were not aware that one of the pools would be closed during our visit, we may have missed it when booking but that was a bummer on the day that we had double red flags because the one pool was packed and there weren't enough chairs for us to sit and watch the kids swim. But all in all, we truly loved this condo and I will definitely book there again! :)

An amazing place to stay

The condo was amazing, and any issues were addressed immediately. The only issue was no blankets for the pull out couch, and we received them promptly. We were all very pleased with our rental and would absolutely recommend to anyone

Okay

The property did not appear to have had a $20000 renovation in spring of 2022. The cleanliness was terrible. The furniture was dirty in appearance. The vertical blinds which we were notified about needing repair on our way down which I had seen in posts from months prior would fall off every time you would try to open or close them. The master bedroom had one pillow for each person which were flat as pancakes. Overall it was not worth what we paid. We will stay at aqua again but not in this unit.

Fall Break ‘23

The beds needs to be replaced in this unit. All of them. The bed frame on the twins in one room is broken. All mattresses have seen better days. That’s my only requests if I were to secure this unit in the future. Everything else in the unit was great and we had a wonderful week:)

Family Vacation

Location was great, communication was great. There were some missing pieces to the blinds, a mirror missing in the bathroom and there should have been 8 reusable bands for the pool area but only 6 were located in the condo. There was only a set of sheets for the pull out couch, wish it had blankets for use. It was very clean, very spacious, loved the kitchen was well stocked making it easy to cook daily! Overall we would absolutely rent this again.

Baseball Vacation

Our overall vacation was amazing despite the ocean being closed. The property had great space, but was lacking the details noted on the listing. Mirrors were down off of the walls in the master bathroom, vanity drawers were broken, the doors to the laundry facilities were off the track/broken, the kitchen disposal was not working, and the TV in the main living room was not working despite multiple interactions with the agency. The unit was overpriced for the quality of the accommodations including furniture that was not in great shape.

This place needs updated!!!! Beds are old, blinds messing which means no sleep after 6.

Needs Updated Bad!!! Needs new Beds!!! Patio Furniture is rusted!! Blinds are missing which means early to wake. It was clean and in great location. There is a good bit of stairs to get to the beach. I have a bad knee.

Great place to stay!!

Traveling with 2 teenagers and one under 10. Everyone had enough space to sprawl out. Loved looking out the deck to the water. Everything we could have needed.

Beach Stay

The condo was some what dated. The unit was ok but needed some updating. The entrance door needed repainting, the blinds over looking the gulf was missing half of the panels, and the cleaning company need ps to mop the floors (our feet were dirty after walking around. Overall if the unit had a few items repaired I would rent it agin. Great location, close to shopping, dinning, and a great beach. Also it has on site food and drinks in the pool area.

Had a great time

Wonderful location. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Property manager responded quickly with any requests. The only flaw was the twin mattress in one of the bedrooms needs to be replaced.

Condo was in the perfect location. Views of beach from the condo and balcony was amazing. Loved it

There is not much to complain about with this property but if I had to say anything negative just to be honest the twin bed mattresses could be replaced but we only needed one of them and it wouldn't prevent me from returning to this condo. Hoping to book this unit again next year if available.

Good week away!

Panama City beach is absolutely beautiful and the location of this condo is perfect! Lots to do within a short walking distance. The condo is beautiful and decorated nicely! My biggest complaints about this condo is the beds are absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! Seriously! My back was almost demolished by the time we left. If I was renting a place to people that would be my top priority… comfortable beds. I actually wouldn’t rent this condo again just because of this which is sad because I loved everything else. My other complaint is the the pools weren’t very clean each day. I don’t know if the skimmer doesn’t work properly or what but by the afternoon everyday you really questioned what you were swimming in unfortunately. Also the codes for the gates were the last problem that was frustrating!! The code given to us didn’t work for the first 4 days there and then magically it started working… this was very annoying. Other than that we enjoyed our time and would rent again if beds were upgraded.
