Upon arrival, we found stained sheets, mold on a pillow, mould in the sink, walls were in bad shape especially by the closet, air filter was not changed in forever, the smoke detector was taken off the wall, the soap holder for the bath tub was off the wall, the safe was locked, the night table legs were filthy, and we were charged an exorbitant daily fee on top of what we paid which made the room more expensive than if we would have booked direct with the hotel. The rental company was very responsive and no complaints there, but the unit is in need of TLC and needs to be fixed and/or renovated. Insufficient supplies for the week ie. paper towel and toilet paper - we had to beg the front desk for extra. We were disappointed to say the least. The location is AMAZING. Beware, overnight parking is an additional huge fee per day on top of the daily resort charge. And if you book through Expedia it does not show all of the extras in the total. NOT the best experience.

Regarding the unit's condition, we take your comments very seriously. As soon as you contacted us, we dispatched our maintenance and housekeeping teams to replace the linens, clean the HVAC vents, and address the issues reported. We maintain a rigorous standard for our properties, and we have already conducted a full inspection and scheduled the necessary repairs for the items you mentioned, including the bathroom fixtures and wall touch-ups, to ensure the unit is in top condition. Regarding the fees, we strive for full transparency. The resort and parking fees are mandated and collected directly by the resort administration for all guests to cover on-site amenities and services. While external booking platforms may display these costs differently, we provide detailed information regarding these standard resort charges in our pre-arrival communications to help our guests plan accordingly. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as your feedback helps us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in a fully refreshed unit.

DIRTY Room!

Many big stains on the carpet. Balcony was absolutely covered in dried up, sunburnt bird poop. Mold inside the shower on the ceiling and on the walls, also wallpaper was peeling up. Corner of the room smell like urine or something not pleasant. I think we smelled this smell because the room went up to 75° many of times because we had a tough time keeping the air-conditioning unit running. Last but not least there was remnants of human feces in the toilet when we got there. I took a shower before getting in the bed for the first time, and I am pretty sure there was sand under the comforter not 100%. I guess there’s a chance it was still on my body but after tallying everything up I just assumed the bed wasn’t clean either. TRUTH!

Perfect location for a family vacation

Good condo, nice view to one of the pools and the ocean. Great property manager, very professional and helpful. We would work with her again.
