FAMILY FUN

We had a great stay and the condo was large enough for my family of 6. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Gorgeous view. We will would love to stay here again!

5 week stay

Place was amazing. Location, view and amenities. We had an extended stay (5 weeks) so was there long enough to experience the good and bad. All was good!

A Very Nice Stay

This was the perfect location. We loved all the amenities. Very nice condo, fit 6 adults and one baby. We never felt over crowded. Beautiful end unit on the second floor overlooking the pool area and the ocean. The views were incredible. The property management was in continuous contact with us. One more thing the condo was fully stocked, coffee maker, dishes, glass ware, etc. I can't tell you how many times we've stayed in other units/homes and we had to run out and buy something that wasn't provided. This place had everything! My family has already said I need to book again for next year!

Nice, but needed a few things taken care of

Overall the condo was spacious and nice! We had 4 kids and everything was glass! Could definitely add plastic cups, bowls, mixing bowls, plates for kids! Master shower ceiling was peeling and had mold on ceiling! There were splashes of green paint in the master bath! Hall bath has a leak under cabinet! We did not know until we were cleaning up to leave and all the towels were soaked under cabinet! A suggestion to have something to hang towels and swimsuits out on the balcony…maybe hooks or some type of rack! Overall was nice and perfect view! I would stay there again!

Repairs needed

The check in process was delayed. There is mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom shower. The ceiling needs repair in the master bedroom. All the blinds in the living area do not work.The living room sofas and chairs need to be cleaned as well as the kitchen rug.

Great Location & View

We loved being on the 2nd floor. The view was still good. The unit has plenty of space. I would love to give it a 5 star rating but the unit definitely needs some attention. The towel bars are falling off the walls in 2 of the bathrooms. The remotes for the TV's had corroded batteries in them. There is not a even a spatula in the sparsely equipped kitchen. No hot pads. No pitchers. The window blinds along the west side of the unit are inoperable. Can't open or close them. No smart TV's. You cannot watch any streaming services in this unit. And the unit advertises Heated Pool This is a lie. The pool at the Tide's is not heated. We called and found out they only heat it 2X per year. Thanksgiving and Christmas. Couldn't use the pool most of the week because the nighttime temperature dropped very low therefore the pool was freezing. No one was using it. The ocean was warmer than the pool.

Updated unit

Kitchen & bath finishes are updated. Luxury vinyl tile. Very clean. Cleaning of master shower can go up a notch. Updated floors look clean but if wipe up a spill can see that mopping needs to improve. Good ocean view over the pool. Would stay here again

Completely fit the bill

My two teen children, myself, my adult brother and his two children really enjoyed our stay here this past week. Amenities were super appreciated (washer and dryer, well-appointed kitchen with dishes, cookware, appliances) and ocean view from balcony was definitely understated in description… it was magnificent! Super convenient location in Tides on 2nd floor (never waited for an elevator with staircase ease nearby). Resort has everything and nice pools, beach service. Took a great Pilates class at club. Second year visiting here and we will definitely return.

Awesome time!

My family and I spent 4 nights at Tops’l Tides. We had a wonderful time at this updated spacious unit. The resort was clean, the staff were friendly, and the pools/beach were amazing. They had daily kids activities that my daughter enjoyed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would love to go back!

Excellent Corner Unit

We were beyond impressed with this 3BR unit and the property. Newly remodeled, clean, spacious and very comfortable and has a great view of the ocean and pool. The unit is stocked with towels but could use a few more blankets and just know the kitchen has the basics only. It does not have any coffee filters, spices, garbage bags, beach chairs, etc that sometimes you find in other VRBO rental units. The property is well maintained and clean and offers a lot to do. We found it is helpful to have a car for this area, there are not many shops or restaurants within walking and Uber and Lyft are very hard to get in this area. Beach is gorgeous! Highly recommend!

Pleasant Surprise!

After having reservations cancelled a week before our reserved date, I scrambled to find an available condo that would comfortably house our family of 8 for the same dates. I found this listing and after browsing the photos, I thought it was a bit dated and had carpet, but it would do. I received an email from Vacasa Management giving us instructions on check-in with the door code to the condo and pool code to the Tides pool. Imagine my amazement when I opened the door to find an almost completed renovated condo! Absolutely no carpet! Beautiful new living room furniture, fresh paint and a gorgeous new floor! The only thing that wasn't complete was the kitchen backsplash! This condo did not disappoint! The second thing that we noticed was the beautiful view of the pools and the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen was well appointed - even had a crockpot! The only thing that we were missing were grilling utensils if you wanted to use the outdoor propane grills. The grilling area had several grills along with a warming table. We were able to watch they guys cook from our living room! Everyone had plenty of space. There were 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The living area was very spacious! The furniture was very comfortable! Speaking of spacious, the balcony was very large with plenty of seating and tables to enjoy the gulf breeze! To access the pools and beach during hours (8:00 am until 8:00 pm) there was a short walk to the elevators or just down one flight of stairs. There were two pools, one for all of the Tops'l guests and one specifically for the Tides Building guests and owners. There were daily activities for the kiddos for a fee. Our grandson was able to make his own tie-dyed T-shirt for $20 (a perfect souvenir)! You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the pier on the way to the beach. We recommend doing this either the afternoon you arrive or first thing in the morning as the lines can get long! If you like the beach at night for a moonlit stroll or to catch ghost crabs by flashlight, there is a rather lengthy walk as you cannot use the pool/beach access. You need to walk to the next high rise and use that walkway to enter and return from the beach. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and are already planning next summer's trip!
