Located along Captiva’s picturesque brick-paved lanes, Sunset Captiva provides direct access to award-winning beaches and a private marina on the bay. Boating enthusiasts will love the brand-new HOA-maintained docks with flexible availability. Prefer to unwind? Spend the day lounging beside the oversized, heated resort-style pool surrounded by tropical landscaping.

Amazing vacation rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. The location to the beach, pool, and Captiva village was very close. The house was well appointed and fit our group of 6 spaciously. The owner was so helpful for any questions we had. I highly recommend this beautiful space!

Great house in a beautiful location

Very well equipped house from the kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas steps from the beach. Ryan is a fantastic host that was super accommodating and had outstanding communication.

Week with 18-year-old granddaughters

We spent a wonderful week with our granddaughters in Sunset Captiva. The neighborhood was perfect--pool, beach, and friendly people. The house was comfortable and close to town.

Terrific week

We spent a very nice week on Captiva with our adult children. The property was clean and comfortable. We rented a power boat and were able to keep it at one of Sunset Captiva ‘s slips. The marina, next to Jensens, is a perfect spot across from Buck Key. Sunset Captiva is well located and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We’ll be back!

Great house and location!

My family of 4 really loved it! We have a 13 and 18 year old and they were both happy in the house, plenty of space and plenty to do. We also really like staying in Sunset Captiva. Pool was very nice, and warm! Very nice pickle ball courts, and of course the beach! Captiva

Sunset Captiva

The house was as advertised. The owner responded immediately when texted . We had a slight shower problem , it was fixed very quickly. The community pool was great and the beach very close by. I only wish the upstairs bedroom had lighting on both sides of the bed. It was a great house, in a nice community , on a beautiful island.

The property was easy to get to and walking distance to nearly every place we wanted to go. The property was clean and the owners were very responsive to a couple of questions we had in advance.

Great Vacation Spot

We had a great vacation with our family at Captiva. The house was very clean, in a great location and part of private community. We had easy access to the beach and just a block away from restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this property for your next vacation.

The Perfect Spot for Beach & Bay...

We loved the house and the location. Very convenient to the beach, marina, restaurants, pool, & even a small convenience store. Owner was also awesome to work with as well. Would definitely go back!!!

Perfect Location

Very nice house in great location - 5 minute walk to the beach or 5 minute walk to the bay. Versus other houses we visited in Sunset Captiva, this one was nicer with more space. Would definitely stay here again!

Week in Captiva

We enjoyed our week at 57 Sandpiper. The house is spacious, beds are comfortable, and location is great with easy access to restaurants, the beautiful Captiva beach and pool, which was a good size for the community. Host (Ryan) was responsive to our requests. We would stay here again.
