The house is 120 m² spread over two floors. <br>It has an ideal east/west orientation.<br>The first floor consists of:<br>An entryway leading directly into the living room and open-concept kitchen.<br>• The kitchen is equipped with a countertop, pantry cabinet, fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. <br>• Kettle, toaster, espresso machine (Nescafé Dolce Gusto pods), and for true coffee lovers, a Moka pot and a Neapolitan coffee maker that requires ground coffee.<br>• All necessary kitchen utensils. Cutlery and dishes are provided. <br>• If needed, I’m happy to lend more sophisticated kitchen equipment to “chefs.”<br>The dining room opens directly onto the garden and is equipped with a table seating 8–10 people, a sideboard, and a beautiful “Bassette” cabinet.<br>• The bathroom opens onto the garden through a French door and features two vanity units, a shower with a spa column, a mirrored cabinet, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and bath towels (changed every weekend, 2 per person), inviting you to enjoy a relaxing bath<br>• The separate toilet and bidet are in a separate room.<br>• I do not provide pool towels. <br>• You’ll also find a storage cabinet for shoes.<br>• A Bonus: A beautiful, spacious living room-style veranda with a fireplace and TV // Wi-Fi. A sofa and armchairs for relaxing. You get the best of both worlds—outdoors // indoors on rainy days. !!!<br><br>On the first floor: two bedrooms.<br>The bedrooms have sloped ceilings and are tastefully and thoughtfully furnished.<br>• The first bedroom features a 140/200 cm double bed with nightstands, a dresser, a table, a chair, an armchair, and a wardrobe.<br>• The second bedroom features a 140/180 cm bed and two separate 90/200 cm beds. <br>• Two nightstands, an armchair, a dresser, a small bookcase, and a wardrobe.<br>• Bedding provided in the summer includes a fitted sheet, a top sheet, and a summer comforter from “Compagnie Dumas” for cool mornings.<br><br>Outside: <br>A third “Cabernet Room,” separate from the cottage, with its own shower room and private toilet. A 140/190 bed. A dresser, a clothes rack for <br>clothes, another for shoes, a very pretty dresser, a table, and two chairs complete the furnishings.<br>Linens are the same as in the other rooms.<br><br>Outside:<br>• A small smoking area with a table and two chairs lets you enjoy your favorite cigars outdoors.<br>• A ping-pong table under the gazebo for family games.<br>• <br>• Another set of patio furniture (1 table and 4 chairs) awaits you on the “Solarium” terrace, along with lounge chairs for relaxing and working on your tan.<br>• An electric griddle and all the necessary equipment are ready for your barbecues.<br>• The laundry room is separate from the house (next door) and includes: a washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner, brooms, and ironing supplies. <br><br><br><br>Additional amenities:<br>The beds are made upon arrival.<br>If you wish, basic groceries can be purchased for you and will be paid for along with the balance of the rental fee upon your arrival.<br>Bath towels, bed linens, and kitchen linens (dish towels) are provided, with the exception of table napkins.<br>
