Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your stay fell short due to cleanliness issues and the broken outdoor chair. That’s not acceptable. We’ve shared your notes with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so the chair will be repaired or replaced, housekeeping will reinforce turnover checklists (including checking cupboards and removing any left items), and we’ll address the paperwork oversight. We’ll also pass your elevator wait concerns to building management and plan to update the listing photos to better reflect the condo. We appreciate your comments about the amenities and for bringing these issues to our attention. We hope to host you again.
