Over all a good stay with beautiful beaches and easy access. Our Condo had everything we needed minus a pizza cutter! Great pots and pans! Even had a blender and crockpot. This was surprising, they thought of everything! Also there were tons of beach things stashed in both closets. Check for books too if you are a reader, but no games. Main beds were nice and comfy. Bunk beds were dirty, unwashed and hard as a rock. Third bunk had no pillow or blanket. But an easy remedy. Dishwasher and dryer seem to be on their last leg due to improper use by previous guests. I can’t imagine how hard these condos get used. Over all the condo, curtains and all, need a good deep clean. It’s surface cleaned upon arrival but very grimy.

READ BEFORE BOOKING The listing photos are outdated. This condo is very dingy & dirty. Mold was caked in the air vents, the curtains were covered in food/stains, the lamp shades were broken, fluid stains on the walls, black stains & foot prints over the bunk beds. One of my children is highly allergic to mold, I didn’t notice the mold until day 3 of our stay and immediately contacted RealJoy. We were given a 150 refund and a child in the hospital as our “thank you.” I wish I could add more than 8 photos. The pool was so dirty, hair and band aids everywhere, we visited the pool/splash pad for a measly hour. I understand that’s not the condo owners fault, but use discretion if booking with intentions of using the pool/splash pad. (I attached collages of a few photos to fit more into the review)

The kitchen and living room were nice. It was very clean the bed room furniture and kitchen table was worn. A knob to the dresser draw was missing. One of the kitchen chairs was broken. The sliding bathroom doors were hard to slide and did not lock. The view and location is perfect! The fitness center stunk bad!! The property bathrooms stunk. The beach was perfect and the store across the street was nice. Lots of pool options.

Fall PCB Getaway

This was perfect for our family. The double king master bedrooms, both with balcony access, was perfect. The bunk bed with the trundle was perfect for the toddler! Exceptionally clean. Absolutely would recommend!!

Great Trip

We had a blast this year. We were there 10 days and we did have some rain but all in all it was amazing. Our room was wonderful and being on the 2nd floor we were able to get in and out with no issues.

Great stay

Loved this place! The condo was clean and spacious enough for our family of 8. The kids absolutely loved the pool area. The only somewhat downside of the stay was the elevator wait, but nothing to crazy we couldn't handle. All in all, i would stay here again in the future.

Family vacation

Everything was nice and clean. View from the balcony was great! The blackets on the beds were very thin...would recommend bringing extra. We really enjoyed it! Would definitely go back!

Wonderful Condo

We have stayed in a lot of condos and this is the first one that we've not had to re-wash the dishes. We've learned to bring our own paring knife and large skillet but it wasn't necessary here since the kitchen was well stocked. As other reviews mentioned, the elevator can be slow but we really didn't have any issues except on Saturday during check in time. Being on the second floor, the stairs were easy. The only negatives we had for this condo were that the internet was terrible, the kids couldn't do their gaming and phones struggled as well. The other issue was that the shower needs some sort of grab bar, as well as a shelf. The shower floor gets very slick and without anything to hold on to, it was a little scary at times. Having a shelf for shampoo/conditioner, etc. would be nice as well. The tiny soap shelf is not sufficient. The furniture and beds were very comfortable! Having 2 master suites was very nice and the bunk area was a hit with the teens. I was a little worried about booking a condo with RealJoy since we've always dealt directly with owners but it all went smooth and they were good to answer texts right away. They were very easy to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again in the future. The included beach service was very nice and the water/beaches were fantastic. The pools were never crowded (except the hot tub which was always full of kids). It was an overall wonderful stay for our family and highly recommended! Book it, you'll love it!

Spring getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and we encountered no real issues. Having beach chairs included with the rental was a great deal. Also enjoyed the location, especially since the elevators are super slow this time of year. Being able to take the stairs was a plus. Thank goodness the main pool was heated because we had some cold/windy days during our stay, so greatly appreciated. I would rent this space again. Only as a point of mentioning for the rental owners, some of the doors would not lock properly and two guests found the second bedroom mattress not to their comfort.

Spring Break

The property was large and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. We really enjoyed the oversized balcony and the large rooms. The condo was beautiful and fit our needs. My only suggestion would be to have a door that closed of the toilet from the rest of the bathroom!

This condo was perfect for our family the employees are very friendly and helpful. Our kids 3 and 1 yr old loved the splash pad and lazy river the most! Just steps from the beach we hope to visit again in the future!! A+++++++

PCB @ Splash

Pros: Corner condo included a larger balcony which we loved, 2nd story was great, and it was clean. LR furniture was nice. The littles loved the lazy River and pool. Loved that the fridge was cleaned before we arrived! Cons: None of the bathroom doors locked, all were broken-which made it hard to keep littles out of there. Elevators took forever and we’re not working properly our entire stay…I. E. Getting stuck, not working altogether, but there were so many people there, and only two elevators, so that’s to be expected. Also, no ramp to the beach making taking wagons and such a PIA.

We enjoyed the condo and almost everything was as described. The only area that was not described exactly was the bunk room. Its actually in a hall next to the kitchen. I think our family has grown to need 3-4 bedrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms

Worst vacation ever.

The room was DIRTY. There was mold in the bathroom a faulty door and the smoke detectors kept going off repeatedly for minutes at a time. We brought these issues to light as aoon as we arrived and nothing was fixed. The fire alarms being the most disturbing as they did not alert the central system when they went off which is against bay county fire code. Upon our departure they had no scheduling to fix the unit and instead housekeeper was there at 9:40 am shoving us out to turn it for the next guest. We had nothing but bad experiences and things being brushed under the rug. This stay was horrible and this unit isnt safe to be occupied. Their idea of making things right was an initial offer of 290 dollars. Old dirty falling apart furnishings, other peoples hair in the bathrooms, dirty oven mits, hair dryer didnt work. The list goes on and on. I feel sorry for this owner because realjoy isnt doing their due diligence. Along with reporting to VRBO for violating terms and conditions, we are reporting to the bay county fire inspector. BEWARE, if you value safety for your family, do not stay here.
