The place was in a great location, and the complex was easy to get around. We will stay again!

Pools were clean, has two kids area's. Easy beach access. Restaurant had good food and the pool bar had great drinks and service. We will stay here again. The condo was very spacious, clean, and we had a great time at the facility.

Property was what we were looking for with two gulf facing Masters and a bunk area for the kids. Pool areas were great; it was slightly "chilly" weather so the hot tub was overtaken by kids splashing around.

Wonderful beach trip for the 4th of July!

The property was beautiful, weather was great, to have a beautiful balcony to watch fireworks was so nice. The large double doors were fabulous for our little to watch fireworks.I do wish there has been a set of tongs and it had been cleaner. Crumbs under furniture and between couch cushions. GROSS!

Nice Stay

We stayed for Fall Break, our plans were changed last minute due to the hurricane that went through middle Florida. The kids loved the waterslides/hot tub. The unit was redone and nicely decorated. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Great Stay

We loved our stay at Splash. There was tons to do at the resort and being steps away from the beach was so convenient. If you’re looking to be within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and bars this isn’t really the area. However for families it’s great to be on a less developed, quieter part of the beach.

Awesome condo

We are a family of 8 ranging from infant to 65+ we all really enjoyed the condo. Things to do for everyone. Beaches are amazing! Can’t wait to return again, thank you for an amazing stay.

A Slice of Paradise

Stayed for 7 nights . Wonderful stay. Condo was as expected. Includes beach toys, umbrella, chair , and a couple beach blankets. There is a pack n play in closet as well. Very roomy and a desired resort for family fun! In close proximity to Pier Park.

Perfect Condo for our family!!

We had such a wonderful stay for our 4th of July trip! Condo was beautiful, clean, and ready for us upon arrival. The views were amazing from both bedrooms. Our balcony was furnished perfectly! We had a couple of maintenance issues, and they were handled very quickly and professionally. We definitely recommend this unit! Our stay here was outstanding. Everything the online description promised, was accurate!

Great Spot

Our family loved the Splash resort. The water park and lazy River really made the trip worth it with the kids. Only downside was the left side master bedroom a/c just couldn’t keep up with the rest of the condo. Had to have ceiling fan and box fan on high the whole time in there but we made due.

Spring break

We loved this resort. We stayed and had another family staying with us. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out, plenty of beds, and our favorite place was the balcony in the evenings watching the sunset. The location is great, the water park was a major hit for my 5 yr old, and everything else was a short distance away. You can drive most places in a couple mins or choose to walk. We had a blast and loved our condo. We definitely will be back!

Best Condo ever. Wonderful!

We just loved the condo. Perfect for 2 couples or families with children. The 2 king masters and baths were great. Plenty of room and privacy. Couldn't ask for a better night's sleep, the beds were so comfortable. The balcony was awesome and so was the view. Condo was decorated so beautiful. Just steps to the beach. It was hot while we were there and the use of the beach chairs in the closet were perfect to put at the waters edge. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Excellent condo

We so enjoyed our stay at the condo it was clean, the kitchen was stocked with all the items needed to make meals, the balcony is awesome as it was a great view and we enjoyed it very much. The bathrooms were spacious and the whole condo was well decorated. There were toys in one of the closets although we did not use them that was very thoughtful for when children visit. We would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again. It is also at the quiet end of the beach and that was perfect for us as the beach didn’t get too crowded. Would recommend a visit to Thomas Doughnuts that is about a three minute drive.

Perfect location upscale furnishings

Located right on the beach. Privacy due to it being a corner unit. Furnishings and decor were well thought out, not the hodgepodge you get with some rentals. Furnishings were top notch, cookware was good quality. It seems the owners thought of everything including night lights. Perfect place for a family with children to stay. The only thing I could find missing was an air fryer. The beds were comfortable nothing plush but not hard either. Toys were in the closet as well as games. Great location reasonable pricing. We all agreed we would stay again! Very relaxing being so close to the ocean.
