Casa Tropical Atitlán - 3 Bedroom House in garden oasis

Located in the middle of Panajachel, this accommodation only reveals its central domicile once you have entered the park-like tropical oasis in which it is nestled.
The accommodation
This spacious, light-flooded house is located in the immediate vicinity of a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, stores, cafés and nightlife. It is just a stone's throw from the main dock of Panajachel.
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence sits on a spacious and carefully landscaped lot. Although there are two other homes on the same grounds, the individual layout of each home and mature landscaping will make you feel as if you are the only residents on this property.

Great place!

The grounds were beautiful, communication and check-in with the property caretaker were easy, and the house was lovely. Perfect for a getaway with friends.

Beautiful home tucked away

Great house. Very well maintained, clean and beautiful. Great location. Less than a 5 minute walk from Calle Santander where a lot of the action is in Panajachel. I will definitely stay here again.

Hello there!
I’m Felix, originally from Germany and now based at beautiful Lake Atitlán in Guatemala. I’ve been working in the hospitality and tourism industry since my professional training, and hosting has become a true passion of mine. I love creating welcoming, comfortable spaces where people from all over the world can relax and feel at home.
When I'm not hosting, I enjoy exploring nature, connecting with locals, and sharing the magic of this special place with our guests. I believe in clear communication, warm hospitality, and making your stay as smooth and memorable as possible. I look forward to welcoming you soon!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Lake Atitlán is one of the most breathtaking places I’ve ever experienced — surrounded by majestic volcanoes and full of vibrant, positive energy. There’s something truly special about waking up to the stillness of the water and watching the colors shift over the lake throughout the day.
I chose Panajachel because it’s the perfect balance of accessibility and authenticity. It’s easy to reach and serves as a great starting point to explore the many unique villages around the lake. The town itself is full of life, with frequent cultural celebrations and a warm, welcoming local community. It’s a place that touches your heart and keeps calling you back.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our property stands out for its beautiful private garden — one of the few in the area that still offers such lush, thoughtfully designed green space. Each of our accommodations is set within this unique environment, giving guests a true sense of privacy and tranquility, as if they had the entire grounds to themselves.
The interior design follows a more Western standard, with high-quality furnishings and lots of natural wood elements that create a warm and harmonious atmosphere. It’s a place where comfort, nature, and peace come together — perfect for relaxing and recharging.
