Priceless views from every room!The building has been going through some much needed repairs and upgrades for the last 2 years. It’s likely to be undergoing repairs/upgrades for a few more months.We experienced some disruptions caused by the construction crew but they were promptly resolved by the owner.Strongly recommend the condo!

You will enjoy Incredible views of Destin’s beautiful shores right out of your penthouse window! Condo was clean with updated furnishings. The mattress was so comfortable!! Location offered easy access to all Destin has to offer. Chris the owner made sure everything was in place to make our stay a memorable one! He communicated all necessary details and gave outstanding recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We were so surprised to see he had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us! The building is under going renovations and Chris kept us updated on the construction progress prior to our arrival. We had a lovely stay & Chris was an exceptional host.

Our stay at Sun Destin Beach Resort was absolutely incredible, truly a 5-star experience from start to finish! We stayed in a penthouse, and the views alone were worth it. The sunsets were breathtaking every single evening, and the condo itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and so comfortable.Chris, the owner, was amazing to work with. His communication was clear, timely, and made everything seamless from booking to checkout. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with thoughtful goodies waiting for us, beer, coffee, and wine, which made us feel so welcomed and set the tone for a relaxing getaway.Even with some construction going on, it did not take away from our experience at all. The atmosphere was still peaceful, and we were able to fully unwind and enjoy every moment of our trip.We couldn’t have asked for a better beach vacation and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place

This place was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. The views of the ocean and sunsets on Destin were spectacular. Our host was very attentive and responded very quickly anytime we needed. Definite do over!

Great communication with the host the whole stay. The condo is in a great location to beach and local restaurants. The downstairs bar/restaurant had decent meals, and there was a lobby store that had beverages and beach necessities.The condo was clean except for the bathrooms/showers, and bed. Great kitchen and patio.

Our cleaners work hard and the condo IS clean between each guest but sometimes it might not live up to some peoples individual standards but I can assure you it is clean. Great get away

We had a great time even with cooler weather. Condo was beautiful and had a great view. Owner was outstanding and easy to communicate with prior to our stay and during. If you plan to go to Destin don’t look away from staying here. Definitely would stay here again.

Excellent Location

Really enjoyed our stay here. Central site with a great view of the ocean . We were only there 4 nights but saw beautiful sunsets each night .

Cozy get away

Really cozy and relaxing spot. Views were outstanding even being on a corner room. For those who like the scene of a beautiful sunset, this is the perfect spot. The owner was very friendly and attentive to our needs. I’d recommend this condo to anyone.

Perfect place!

This condo has a magnificent view and quiet being a penthouse condo. Great location! Very nicely decorated and comfortable! The bathroom setup was awesome. Has everything you could possibly need. Best host ever!

Chris was an absolute delight! Very informative and very helpful with local restaurants and bars. Was very attentive! The views are spectacular and you are right by the elevator and the beach! I will stay here again if at all possible! Can't praise this place or the host enough!

Beautiful Stay

We loved our stay at Sundestin. Great private beach access and a condo to enjoy staying in. The view was amazing. Chris was an amazing host and easy to reach. Would love to stay again.

Glad you loved the condo! The views are spectacular. And how about those dolphin every morning! We see large pods of dolphin every single day practically. In many groups of dozens and dozens. So fun to watch. We hope to have you back sometime so tell your friends and family and remember we have the condo right next door and it’s a duplicate of this one. Same floorplan and layout if you wanna bring a larger group sometime.

He manages the properties personally so you won’t ever have to deal with any rude front desk property management employees or time share harassments. He is obsessed with neatness and cleanliness. He has almost 100% 5 star ratings and is a Premier Partner with VRBO. Chris takes care of his guests from the moment they inquire about his properties until the time they get back home to ensure you had a wonderful stay. This property is extremely well kept and always super clean. Decorated beautifully with a Destin beach vibe and up to date. It’s on the Penthouse level 18th floor on the top so it is super private and quiet with breath taking views of the beach, ocean and city unlike all other units in the building.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What is amazingly unique about both condos is that the balcony sits at a slight western angle giving it unlimited full views of the city lights and action as well as the entire beach and ocean as far as you can see, not just the portion directly in front of you like other units. This means that you don't have to walk out onto the balcony in order to see the water and the beach. You have amazing views from the living room AND the master bedroom since the bedroom is not positioned back deep inside by the front door. Both the 1814 unit (vrbo listing 1945753) and the 1815 unit (vrbo listing 1013753) have the same exact views and floor plan.
