Welcome to our home!
The house we offer you to rent is the one where we live and we hope you like it!
For us, it is a warm and welcoming place, and above all lively! We therefore prefer to warn you that this is not a page from a decoration magazine! In other words, come to us if you like cozy atmospheres, shelves overflowing with books, children's rooms teeming with toys and old stones.
This detached house is located in the city center of Vannes, 350 meters from the port and the historic center, in a quiet street on the heights.
It is old and more than two centuries old. It is not a new house, it is not perfect, but it has charm!
We live there with our four children, aged 5 to 11, so yours will be at home here!
The rooms are distributed as follows:
- on the second:
a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a single drawer bed (4 places);
a second bedroom with a single bed and a small double bed (old boat bed) (2 adults or 3 children);
a small bedroom with a bunk bed for children and a cot;
- to the first:
a bedroom with a large double bed (2 places);
a second bedroom with a children's bunk bed, and a high children's bed (mezzanine) (3 children).
Bathrooms:
- on the second floor: a shower room with toilet;
- on the first floor: a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.
The other parts:
- on the first floor: an office-living room with sofa bed (2 places but narrow);
- on the first floor: a laundry room-bicycle garage; a kitchen-dining room; a living room.
We offer a flat rate for household linen (sheets and towels) for 15 euros per person.
There is a small garden with table and chairs.
For the short holidays (except summer holidays), we also have a cat, Joséphine, who only expects cuddles and kibble from you. She sleeps and lives in the garden with César and Cleopatra, our two guinea pigs, and Marie-Antoinette, a very discreet tortoise.
For the summer holidays, only Marie-Antoinette the little turtle will be present in the garden.
Our housekeeper can offer her childcare services, small errands and meal preparation.
Welcome.
