Welcome to SWEETHEART, a beautiful one-bedroom apartment ideally located in the heart of Nice.

Its ideal location allows you to walk to the city's main tourist attractions.



Located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment charms with its modern and tasteful decor.



The apartment consists of a spacious living room with access to the balcony, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

An enjoyable stay

We very much enjoyed our stays and had no real complaints but an espresso maker would be nice. We ended up buying a stovetop espresso maker.

Perfect stay

I spent 8 weeks in the apartment. Everything was perfect! I miss it already. Well equipped, everything working fine. The location is simply amazing. The place is quiet even thought it is on the city center, the building is nice, the elevator helps a lot. I would stay there again, and recommend to friends. When I arrived, the initial cleaning was not up to my standards.

Ideal base for the Cote D'Azur

The Sweetheart apartment is a perfect spot to base yourself for a visit to the Cote D'Azur. Super central in Nice, it's an easy walk to everywhere you'd want to be in town. Also easy to get to surrounding communities by train. Well equipped, comfortable and quiet - it was just what we needed. Others have commented on the A/C - so long as the bedroom door is open, the living room unit covers the entire space effectively. We'd love to return! Ensure any maintenance related issues are dealt with before guests arrive.

L’emplacement était extraordinaire, près de tout à distance de marche, l’appartement était très ensoleillé, la cuisine super bien équipée. L’agence Nestor&Jeeves est très professionnelle, service impeccable et rapide, de tous ses employés. J’utilise leurs services chaque année avec grande satisfaction.

Great location…

The apartment is in a great location and we were very happy with the apartment. The check-in and check-out is very inconvenient, having to go to their office to pick up the keys. We have to add that the shower door leaks, bathroom sink barley drains. It would also be nice to have sharp knives.

Christmas and New Year in Nice

Great location, very convenient for all our needs. Friendly neighbours. Well-appointed apartment with all necessary facilities. Bed linen was sparse and barely adequate. Odd smell in the shower which could be the result of some mould growth. The shower always overflowed as the tray is too shallow.

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich zentral. Diverse Cafe's sind gleich um die Ecke. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich keine Klimaanlage und die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer schafft es nicht das Schlafzimmer mit zu kühlen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist in einen Hinterhof mit Tauben. Nicht sehr einladend. Das Klo ist in einem Extra-Raum ohne Lüftung und wirklich sehr klein, da wird einem sehr schnell heiß. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut mit allen Küchenutensilen und Geschirr ausgestattet. Kritikpunkt: Warum muss man die Schlüssel der Wohnung wieder zurückbringen? Das ist am Abreisetag ein echtes Ärgernis, weil es auch nicht auf dem Weg liegt. Schlüssel könnten doch auch in er Wohnung bleiben, so wie woanders auch.

Appartement très bien situé

L’ emplacement très central, proche des commerces, des zones d’activités, de la mer et de du vieux Nice. Appartement propre et bien aménagé. Manque d’éclairage électrique le soir. Vérifier poêles et casseroles qui n’étaient pas propres. L’ascenseur est particulièrement petit et a été en panne une journée.
