Southwest oriented living room with balcony, beautiful moutain views.
5th floor with lift, in a residence with swimming pool during summer.
50m by foot from the Bettex Gondola Station (skiable domain EVASION MONT BLANC) and 800m from St Gervais village center. Bus stop at Bettex Gondola Station (free bus lines during high season, winter and summer).

Bath and bed linen excluded. Please ask for a quote if needed.

A bit of Heaven on earth.

Such a beautiful town and area. We really enjoyed our stay at the end of April. The house is very conveniently located and clean. Great views in every direction. Looking forward to Heaven, but this helps until we arrive their.

Great for a family

The location was perfect for us as not everyone in our party had a car. Walking distance to the village with restaurants and shops and to the tram and located next to the Bettex cable car. It was great that there was a pool and the view from the balcony was amazing!

Great location near the gondola, spacious living area to chill out

Location perfect. Nice flat, had everything we needed. A few issues to start with which were dealt with immediately.

Great property

Exactly as advertised. Super spot and great base to use for a a multi-resort ski trip. We visited 3 in 4 days and on return to the property each night it had everything we needed. Thank you.

Thanks for your review. 3 great ski-resorts can easily be reached from the appartment: St Gervais-Megève (Bettex Gondola station is one minute foot from the appartment), Les Houches-St Gervais (Tramway du Mont Blanc station is 5 minutes from the appartment using free shuttle Facilibus), Les Contamines-Hauteluce (Montjoie Gondola station is 5 minutes car and there is a huge car park). Every resort has very different and beautiful landscapes.

Friends trip

Property had amazing views, but not very clean, dishes were under the sink we had to clean coffee machine , it was so dearly . We had to pick up linens and towels from other place 600m away, pay extra. I would rather pay extra for the place and have everything.

Hello Tatiana, I am very sorry you had not noticed in my annoucement that linen was not included. My clients, friends or families, usually prefer to bring their own and to have low price. Fortunately, we arrange it for you and rented some linen in the Laundry Shop that is closed to the appartment. Regards.

Amazing week end in St Gervais!

We had a fantastic week-end in the duplex in St-Gervais. It is REALLY just in front of the Bettex cable car, so it is practically ski-in ski-out in St-Gervais (and we had amazing snow too!!!). The apartment is really just like shown in the picture, was perfect (and clearly could fit two families with two kids each) and the situation is really perfect!

A great family holiday in the alps

The appartment is perfect. Some areas have low ceilings but even our tallest family members got used to it! The lift up from the cellar parking was great for arrival and departure. The view from the balcony was superb, great for people watching or gazing at the mountains, even when the weather wasn’t perfect. The swimming pool was great for a dip at the end of a busy day of walking, biking or hydro speeding. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The location is superb; Petit Casino is a 5 minute walk for stocking up with essentials, a 10 minute walk into St Gervais for meals, drinks and market (on Thursday) and even shorter to the amazing municipal swimming pool with sauna and steam room. The washing machine on the ground floor was great and wet clothes dried easily on the balcony. The property owner, Benoit, was speedy at responding to all my questions. Overall a perfect place to stay for a great holiday.

Fabulous spacious apartment conveniently located next to Gondola for easy mountain access.

This is a great apartment located on the top floor with lots of living space. Built within the eaves, there are areas where you need to watch your head if you are tall. Bedrooms configure as a double, twin and bunk room but the little snug upstairs allows for extra space outside of the bedroom area. There is lots of seating in the living and dining area and a nice balcony with a Mountain View. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of utensils and crockery etc. to use. We were a party of 5 so didn’t need to use the pull out bed in the living room so were able to use all the living space without the need for a sleeping area. If you are visiting for mountain activities, you cannot get any closer to the Gondola. I have stayed in this apartment block many times but this is by far the best one I have stayed in yet. There is a bar, restaurant, pizza takeaway, Bolangerie and little tobacconist just across the road and the main town is about a 10 minute walk away where there are a couple of supermarkets, gift shops, restaurants and bars. St Gervais is a lovely resort. Not that high so the snow can be very changeable but the ski area is large so we have always found an area to ski. A cleaning company services the apartment - main living areas were clean and tidy but there were a few dusty bits in the nooks and cranny’s but nothing we were worried about. Overall, we had a great week in this apartment and would recommend it to anyone considering to stay.

Tout d'abord les échanges avec les propriétaires étaient très bons, ils se sont montrés avenant et arrangeant sur nos sollicitations notamment au niveau des horaires d'arrivée et des conditions d'accueil. L'appartement était conforme à la description, bien orienté et bien équipé. Idéalement placé à côté du télécabine est un plus non négligeable. Nous avons également apprécié le parking en sous sol. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous y retournerons volontiers avec plaisir. Vous l'aurez compris, nous le recommandons sans hésiter.Cathy
