A fantastic clean and spacious apartment, brilliantly located for us skiers and non-skiers. The hosts were incredibly helpful after a challenging journey from the UK. We had a lovely week and are looking forward to coming again next year.

Spacious and great location

Really great, immaculate apartment with three bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Loads more storage space than is usual. Well-equipped if you wanted to self cater, but the best bit is the superb location, just across the car park to the main lift, with the town centre about a 10 min walk away. Lovely hosts.

Immaculate apartment!

Fantastic apartment, wonderful views, big balcony, very short walk to the ski lift and a nice stroll into town. Can’t fault it. Suited our family of 5 perfectly, highly recommend it!

Great apartment

Clean and well maintained apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Rooms are large and the three bathrooms are convenient. It is also well equipped for small children, high chairs are available and a crib as well. Friendly and easily accessible owners who give a good welcome.

Definitely coming back to stay again in future

This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure of staying at a Regis property, and I can’t express how thankful I am for his warm hospitality. He truly welcomes us to Saint Gervais and goes above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the gondola, the village, and even Les Contamines, whether on foot, by car, or through the free shuttle bus service. Regis has been such a wonderful host. Although my French is still a work in progress after all these years, he has been incredibly patient and supportive, and I’ve managed just fine with a little help from Google Translate. I feel very fortunate to have stayed here!

Great, as usual, shame the snow wasn't as good as the apartment!

5* accommodation. Our third stay with these landlords, Janine and Regis, once in their 2 bedroom apartment and twice in this 3 bedroom apartment. Very clean, very easy to deal with (even with my poor french speaking skills). Will happily return (in fact have already re-booked for next year!) Many thanks once again, Tony

Fantastic Appartment

Check in and check out very easy, even though our very friendly host spoke no English and our French is minimal. We used google translate when we needed to communicate, very speedy response. Apartment is as listed, no wifi was not a problem as 4G was good and we could use our roaming data plus we had purchased an additional sim for streaming, although you can change TV to original language for many programmes . Apartment is very modern and well equipped with everything you need. Bedding is supplied, but you do need to bring your own towels. quality kitchen items and folder of Instruction books in the cupboard. Easy walk to gondola station and 10 min walk to town with a variety of shops and restaurants. Ski locker and garage too. We loved this apartment so much so we booked again for next year

A great place to stay in Saint Gervais!

A friend and I stayed in this property due to the price of accommodation in Chamonix being extortionate over the UTMB period. I'd stayed in Saint Gervais previously (10 years ago) so I had a good idea about what the village had to offer. The place itself is spotlessly clean and well equipped, the only obvious omissions being the lack of any soap in the 3 bathrooms. We also had to supply our own towels. The property is an easy 15-minute walk from the main commercial area, and 5 minutes from the nearest patisserie in the other direction. An added bonus for us was that the Valléen cable car opened the week we were there. It connects Saint Gervais directly to La Fayet station with the journey taking 6 minutes each way. This normally costs €2.50 each way (it's a bus replacement service) but was free for us since it had literarily just opened for public use. We walked down the gorge to climb on the local crag and caught the gondola back up. The top station is 3 minutes walk from the front door. We had hired a car so we used the provided underground parking. Our hosts, who don't speak any English couldn't have been nicer and forced me to subject them to my broken French! The only criticism I would offer is that the two top rooms are relatively close to the main road that runs behind the property and cars and motorbikes seemed loud at nighttime if the windows were open. I had ear plugs with me for use in the mountain refuges which I used but my friend had no such issue. Recommended.

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous louons ce logement et nous avons toujours l'impression qu'il s'agit d'un logement neuf tellement il est propre. Par ailleurs, il est situé proximité des bus qui nous mènent sur différents sites ce qui nous permet de ne pas emprunter notre voiture ce qu est un plus.

Check In mit Schwierigkeiten

Leider stimmte die angegebene Telefonnummer des Vermieters nicht, da sie eine Null zuviel enthielt. Das stellte sich aber erst heraus, als wir nach der Ankunft eben den Vermieter nicht erreichen konnten und uns verzweifelt an das Tourismus Büro von St. Gervais wandten. Dort war man so nett, den Kontakt zum Vermieter herzustellen, so dass wir verspätet unseren Urlaub antreten konnten. Dabei stellte sich dann auch noch heraus, dass die angegebene Hausnummer auch falsch war. Das war insofern nicht so tragisch, da beide Gebäude auf demselben Grundstück liegen. Da muss FeWo direkt dringend korrigieren. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist sehr nett und zeigte uns sehr detailliert die Wohnung. Wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, ist alles was dort an Features aufgeführt ist, auch in guter Qualität vorhanden. Man kann sagen, die Wohnung, sowie auch das ganze Haus ist tip top in Ordnung. Auch der Check Out war am Ende kein Problem, denn da war das "Nummerproblem" ja bereits behoben. Fazit: Holpriger Start, aber dann ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer atemberaubenden Gegend. Vorteilhaft ist das Beherrschen der französischen Sprache, denn nicht nur das Vermieter-Ehepaar, sondern auch viele andere, überwiegend ältere Leute sprechen nur ihre Muttersprache.
