We know Moraira well having visited for over 35 years. We recently sold our property in nearby Teulada, so wanted to experience staying right by the sea - and we loved it. The duplex apartment was just what we wanted - main living accommodation downstairs ( WC), with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs - and balconies for dining, looking at the sea, or being alone. The kitchen is well equipped, and washing machinedryer conveniently located upstairs. We couldn't wish for more. Yes, being just above all the bars/restaurants can be a little noisy towards closing time - but waking to only the sounds of the sea and the birds is wonderful!

Great stay in great location

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much everything we needed was there,arriving and leaving was so easy and we have rebooked to go back in October.Only negative was the noise from the bars below but that finished around midnight.

Perfect location

Lovely apartment with many home comforts. Bottle of cava to welcome us with along with chocolates. Easy walk to shops, bars, restaurants, beach... Great all round, would definitely stay again 😁

Lovely apartment

The apartment is so well located. It is stylish and comfortable. It has lovely views over the sea and mountains. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which is spacious and quite big enough when there were four of us staying. You can pop in to the sea within two minutes of leaving the flat. Our only slight complaint was noise from the Dutch bar beneath the flat - but this usually stops quite early. The bar is actually very nice and friendly. Overall, this apartment is highly recommended.

very central location

The apartment is split in two levels. The bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs. Livingroom, kitchen and a third bathroom are downstairs. Very spacious balcony with view on Moraira beach. As it is located above restaurants one must expect the typical noise coming from these, also at late hours. But that is what one should expect from an apartment in the town centre in Spain. Communication with Michele and Laurence was excelllent.

Lovely apartment but located above busy restaurant

Great location. Great apartment. Couldn't get tv to work though and even the host said it was complicated. Good selection of kitchen basics which are available. Not sure about a keyboard and stool taking up room in the a smallest single bedroom. Located above 2 busy restaurants that were open til midnight then the noise of clearing away and busy carpark. Great location for swimming, shops and restaurants. Car parking underground by car lift was interesting but ok as street parking pay meters. Lovely apartment but wouldn't use again due to the noise? Had a great time though!

Fantástico!!

La vivienda es tal cual se muestra. Se trata de un DUPLEX aunque esto no se mencionaba en el anuncio, a nosotros no nos afectó. Bonito detalle de bienvenida. Muy completa tanto en mobiliario como en menaje de cocina. Justo frente a la playa y con plaza de Garage privada. Esperamos poder volver.

JANUAR am Mittelmeer bei Frühlingstemperaturen.

Direkt am Strand mit herrlichem Ausblick übers Meer bis nach Calpe. Bis zur Stadtmitte nur ein paar hundert Meter, beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt Pepe la Sal) Restaurants, Bars, etc.. Natürlich viel Trubel, nichts, wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht.

Moraira vacation stay.

Excellent location with a beach view from the large balcony, plenty of free parking close to the apartment. There was a basement parking bay assigned to the property but we never used it. The property is located over the Vivaldi restaurant, which btw serves a good tapas plate. There was some noise from the restaurant but it did stop about 10.30 and found that an acceptable trade off for having a good location. We were there for a month over the Easter period, the weather was mixed but had a great time and would use again.
