Cordialità e trasparenza

Abbiamo soggiornato a Roma durante il periodo di capodanno, il gestore è stato molto chiaro e ci è venuto incontro per qualsiasi esigenza avessimo bisogno. L’appartamento ha una buonissima posizione, Soprattutto per quanto riguardo la vicinanza a Termini, punto dal quale partono metro e bus per girare la città. Consiglio vivamente la casa

Great central location in Rome

We had a great week in Rome at the Esquilino property. Marco was very helpful with any pointers on what to see in Rome and the property s perfectly located to walk to all the major sights. The apartment was comfy and clean, but why stay inside when all Rome is at your doorstep? I would definitely choose this apartment again when visiting Rome!

Spacious apartment with easy access to Rome

Our first impression of the apartment was that it was HUGE! Staying in a big city like Rome you don't expect to have a big space, but this apartment was extremely spacious. Everything you see in the pictures you get! The apartment was extremely clean and was a great place to stay. It's also only a couple minutes from any type of transportation that you will use in Rome. It's a short walk to the train station where you can use bus, metro, or tram to get anywhere in Rome. Marco is a great host and does a very good job of communicating before and during your stay. Upon arrival he'll sit down with you and answer any questions you have about the property or Rome itself. I would highly suggest listening to his food recommendations! Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this property.

This apartment is very close to Termini Station which was a great plus for catching the Metro and catching the train to travel to other cities. Very comfortable apartment with all the amenities need for a nice a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend this apartment to travelers seeking a quiet and close to the sites of Rome.

Home in Rome!

Great location (less than 5 minute walk from Termini Station), great apartment, great host! We were pleasantly surprised to find there is a lift, and that the walls are incredibly thick -- a super quiet oasis in the city, if you close up the windows. Marco was gracious and helpful. Zero complaints!

Marco , el propietario es un tipo fantástico y su apartamento es como él. Cerca de la estación de termini, te permite moverte con el metro y bus por toda la ciudad y viajar a otros lugares y al aeropuerto en apenas doscientos metros del apartamento. Cuidado y cálido esta bien equipado y es cómodo. Marco te orienta sobre los lugares que visitar y como hacerlo. A pocos metros de la entrada hay un montón de restaurantes de todas las categorías. Una magnifica opción.

Cozy and a great location

Mario, the owner of the apartment, is a friendly, gracious gentleman. From the initial booking he was very prompt answering our many questions, and when we arrived was at the door of the apartment waiting to greet us with a bottle of good Italian wine in hand. The apartment is spacious and quiet and just a five minute walk from Termini Station and the Metro. Mario gave us loads of information about Rome and nearby markets along with great advice about neighbourhood dining spots. He is reachable by phone or email if you have any questions during your stay, and replies promptly. It's clear that he really wants you to have a wonderful stay in Rome.

Location pratique et sympa

Appartement confortable et bien équipé, bien entretenu et propre. Dans un quartier populaire, proche de la gare, le métro à 5 minutes à pied permet de gagner facilement tous les lieux de visites. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. De plus Marco et sa compagne sont sympathiques, discrets et de bons conseils.

Excellent accomodation

The flat was as described. All services offered were there..... and many things not mentioned in the description were also included (sheets, towels and other essential items). It was very clean and everything was in good condition. The flat, just a 5-10 minute walk from the Termini railway station meant we didn't have to struggle across Rome with luggage and is well-connected to all the sights by bus, tram and metro, yet also within easy walking distance of the Colosseum. Marco was very prompt in replying to all questions while booking, extremely helpful on arrival, giving many useful tips, and was available at all times for advice if needed - he made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend this small flat to friends and family. The nearby 'Palazzo del Freddo' (ice cream factory )in Via Principe Eugenio is worth visiting. Thank you Marco.

Un moment magique à Rome, un appart au top !

Nous venons de rentrer de 5 jours à Rome et avons séjourné dans l'appartement de Marco. Nous avons été super bien accueilli par Marco qui nous a donné pleins de bons conseils utiles sur la ville, les choses à faire, à éviter, les évènements du moment ... Une petite bouteille de vin en prime et l'eau fraiche dans le frigo sont quelques unes de ses attentions qui nous ont beaucoup plu. L'appartement est nickel avec tout ce qu'il faut et en prime, le petit balcon pratique pour prendre un bol d'air le matin où pendant nos moments de pause durant la fin de journée. Grazie Mile Marco !!

Perfect location, comfortable, clean & great host!

The apartment is in a very good location 2min walk from Termini. It's a great place to explore Rome. Every touristic site is walkable or you can use the Metro/Tram near by. Great restaurants, bars and little shops just around the corner. The apartment is in a great condition and very clean. We have been one of the first to stay there. Its a typical italian apartment building with elevator. The apartment in the 3rd floor got a little balcony towards the inner courtyard. For those who need absolute silence, it can be a little noisy at night because the walls and windows arent't very much soundproof...but nothing really bad. The owner Marco is super friendly and helpful. He kindly gave us lots of recommendations and in case he would have been always reachable by phone. We absolutly recommend to stay there, we enjoyed every day!
