Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful time staying this past weekend. We were in town for the Ironman event and this place is always perfect. Everything worked perfect with no issues. One thing to note is when you stay at a rental condo, there is often frustration getting TVs to work and navigate the AV systems. This was not the case and I loved how easy it was to turn the TV on and navigate the system. One remote for everything. Might sound silly but it is nice when it works the first time and every time after. Thank you for setting it up in a very simple matter. Can't wait to come back and stay again.

Definitely staying here again

The place was very nice and safe. The pool and sports amenities were great. We really liked that there was an indoor pool so we didn't have to be exposed to the sun all day. Overall, we loved our stay and are planning on staying here again!

Property hot tub was broken. Swing at playground was broken. Splash pad not working. Pool table was broken. These property amenities have been broken for over a year now and they haven’t been fixed. We have stayed at Las Palmas a couple times now over a few years and these amenities have never been fixed. We probably won’t be staying at Las Palmas again.

Great Spot!

Clean, plenty of room for a family of 7. More tvs than we have at home. Warm indoor pool. Lots of onsite activities.

Really good customer service

The location we stayed at was great! It felt clean and was easy to find and had a lot of amenities! Our only complaint would be the dishwasher definitely needs to be replaced; that door fell down on our toes too many times. The customer service working through Red Sands was our favorite part. They were so responsive and helpful every step of the way!

Weren't pleased.

When we walked in we could immediately tell it had mold issues and hadn't been properly taken care of. Looks like some updates to the flooring had happened but not properly done. Things felt old and dirty. A couple in our group were SO triggered by the mold they ended up staying at a hotel instead. The units have to be 50 years old and so be prepared for that. Looks like they just cheaply tried to make thing look ok. But didn't fix existing mold and mildew issues correctly. Won't be coming back.

Mostly great

The disposal was completely non-functioning, and the sink drain was mostly plugged. The sink would start to back up with water after only running the faucet for a few seconds, then drain very slowly and we did not put any food down the drain. We only used water in the sink. We ended up avoiding using the kitchen sink. The dishwasher smelled horrible when we first opened it and had standing water in the bottom. We ran it through empty to get rid of the smell, but by the end of our stay it was starting to stink again. Maybe something to do with how the kitchen drains weren't draining properly. Just FYI so you can look into the kitchen sink/dishwasher/drain issue. Otherwise the stay was fine. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Resort amenities were great. Wished there was a map of where the pools and gym facilities were located though. We ended up just having to find stuff on our own. Also be aware that the gym facilities don't open until 9am, so if you want to workout early you'll have to do something other than the gym.

Great stay!

We stayed at this propert for a week with extended family. It was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space and the fun amenities that Las Palmas offers. Will stay again!

Visit from Minnesota

Wonderful VRBO for families! The kids had a blast using the amenities as well as the sweets shop and roller skating at the BAC. It was within nice distance of Sand Hollow Lake, Jenny’s Canyon and Vegas (where we came from prior).

Perfect spot for telaxing

Just what we needed as a pre Mother’s Day get away. We enjoyed the sun and all the amenities. And it was our first time at Las Palmas. We very much enjoyed staying here and will come again.

Stayed for the Ironman

Great location. Loved that it’s also next to the trails. The bed in master bedroom needs replaced. Place was clean and tidy and otherwise in great condition.

The property was very clean both the unit and the grounds, However I'm in my 70's and my friend was late 60's, we were on the top floor and the elevator was not working. We had to lug suit cases and food up and down three flights of stairs and go up and down three flights everytime we wanted to do anything. not a good thing for our ages.

1426 Review

This was a fair to okay rental. The refrigerator didn't have an ice maker, only two ice trays that we had to continuously refill. In a time of Stanley mugs that was not enough ice and we only had 3 people staying in the rental. The main bathroom shower didn't drain properly. The living room furniture was not comfortable and if we had had more people in the rental unit they would have had to sit on the floor. The finishes like shower heads, kitchen utensils, pillows all felt cheap. We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and when you pay a high nightly rate you come to expect certain things.

Great spot for bikers

Had a bike race in St George this weekend. This is the perfect spot to hit trailheads and easy access to many! Great place, great amenities, great price! Can comfortably fit my family!
