The community sits just 5 minutes from central St. George, with easy day trip access to National Parks, ski areas, and hiking/biking spots. Spend mornings out on the slopes or trails and afternoons relaxing here at the resort, hosting 6 pools, 4 hot tubs, game room, and more. Enjoyed the property, the view and the openness. I would recommend a more comfortable couch. It is narrow and needs better foot rests. Also we had issues with the TV on arrival but that was taken care of right away. Would love to come back!!

Very clean, spacious rooms an layout, we loved the view.Pools and hot tub were a perfect retreat for the family, we spend a great time out in the balcony whether enjoying the view or eating a family meal.Just Perfect

The other reviews that mentioned the property itself needs work, I completely agree. If you are just looking for a place to stay and don’t care about the grounds or the amenities, this may be the place for you. The unit itself was mostly fine. Cute decor but was not clean. Baseboards and floors were dirty, and there was a trail of ants from the front door to the back patio. Reached out to host who said he thought there was ant spray with the cleaning supplies. When I told him there wasn’t and that all of the cleaning supplies were virtually empty he said he’d check with the cleaners. Even hours later I never got a reply. Used some paper towels and soapy water to clean them up. Overall this experience was really disappointing. We ended up leaving after our first night and stayed in Springdale right outside Zion.

Updated Condo & Convenient Location

Nicely updated condo with all essentials, amazing views. Great overall size for our family. Location and accessibility is convenient to all things in and around St George. The actual grounds of Las Palmas need some updating. Nice to have all the amenities, but upkeep is important. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful!

We enjoyed a fun and memory making 3 night /4 days stay here at this condo. Very nice place, comforts of home, and the view was peaceful and relaxing as we sat on the deck watching the evening lights and sky. Location was great for traveling to historical sites, Snow Canyon and Tuacahn. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Great stay, and the VIEW- WOW

Stayed several days and enjoyed it very much. The home is well equipped. Multiple TVs allowed for our different age kids to do their own watching during down time. Pools were fun- older but clean and most of them were heated which allowed for swimming in chilly temps. Access though their third party management group was different and a little confusing but we figured it out. Would stay again.

I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this property is one of the best. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, and well stocked with supplies.

Great view, everything else was ok.

The view is amazing. The beds are pretty comfortable. The couch is not comfortable. It was not very clean. The washing machine and garbage disposal weren't working when we got here, but they tried sending someone to fix both pretty quickly.

Updated condo in older resort

The owners have done a great job updating this condo. It’s modern and clean in an older resort. The resort amenities are really good—old but clean, extensive, and trying hard to give families a great experience. The deck is spacious and views from this condo are beautiful. The sheets and towels could use an update but the beds and couches are comfortable and we were happy enough.

Good home, needs better cleaning.

We came down to St George for Spring Break with our family. The home is definitely one of the updated ones and overall it was a decent place to crash. Beds were still in good condition, plenty of towels and dishes. Cleanliness was ok. There was a ton of trash and crumbs under the couch and there was a mysterious brown stain on the wall in the bathroom. The master shower and sink in the guest bath need to be unclogged. The shower was filling up with water. The community was relatively quiet and had decent amenities. The pools seemed well kept, but the hot tubs need more consistent cleaning/draining. Overall, we had fun and overlooked some of the minor issues.

We’ve recently stayed at the subject property. The condo was clean, spacious, had everything we needed and the views were amazing. The pools and common areas were bit dated but we still had a great time and would return there in the future.
