Very confortable and clean property. AC worked perfect in the Arizona heat. The views are great. The proximity to the river and dock made it very easy to access the boat. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is located right on the river with its own beach and dock. The patio is large and has a nice fire feature to relax by in the evening. Highly recommend staying here.

Grand sand

House was beautiful, and had everything we could possibly need as far as utensils and cookware. I definitely would recommend water shoes, as the Beach is a typical river beach which includes rocks and is a little sharp. The inside of the dock is about the safest place as the current moves extremely fast on the front side. Overall our stay was great and very comfortable.

Great host!!

This house is absolutely beautiful! It has everything you could need and all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host was super friendly, responsive, and great to work with. The only reason I didn't give it a "Super RAD" review is because of the boat launch and docking. If you're bringing a boat, be aware that the current can be a VERY strong when docking, and if you have an outboard motor (we have pontoon), you'll want to launch during morning tide (higher) since there's a bit of a drop-off at the end of the ramp. That said, having a private, convenient boat launch and dock is a huge plus, it just takes a little extra caution and work. Overall, we had an amazing stay!
