We are located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The property is close to WC Downtown and many other amenities. Safeway, BART station, bike trail and restaurants are walking distance.
This home includes a large gated private front and backyard for 3/4 vehicles and easy accessible off street parking

Guest will leave dishes clean. We have 2 surveillance cameras for safety, it records 24/7 the driveway and main entrance - Porch and the backyard.
Our home doesn’t allow parties/gatherings. No other people that the ones in the booking can stay overnight.

Enjoyable home

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is cozy and comfortable. It’s located in a great area with restaurants and parks nearby. Ita was wonderful - easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we had questions.

Awesome house

Loved the house and especially the backyard space! Clean, easy, beautifully decorated. Host was always available and very helpful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Easy stay

Nice home, easy stay, centrally located. Everything as described and met our needs, clean. Walkable to coffee shop, cafe, grocery. Ita was very responsive. Would stay again when in the area! Thanks

Great time!

We stayed at this property for a wedding and it was great! It was close to some parks for our kid and extremely close to stores. Everything was walkable and we loved having the space! Very clean and made it much easier to see family.

We were overall very happy. We were here for a Berkeley graduation and it was very convenient. Lots to do in Walnut Creek and Concord and this was perfect for our needs.

Nice home in a quiet, yet convenient neighborhood

We found the house to be very comfortable, and enjoyed sitting on the back patio having coffee. The location was convenient to groceries and a nice walking path. We had 5 in the house very comfortably.

A bit of an oasis

Very well kept and appointed property. The backyard is great for morning coffee, reading, or nap. Close to a grocery store and a variety of restaurants. Easy access to the freeway. It was a great launch pad for visiting with family, or day trips to SF or the Napa Valley.

Lovely stay

The property was very nice and we had a wonderful time. Would recommend to all. Only warning I would give is the slight rise in the driveway that may scrape the bottom of the car if it rides a little low. We parked out front with no issues. The owner is very nice and quickly responded to all my questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely

We came for a friends wedding. Our kids loved having their own rooms and space to play and run around. I loved being able to actual cook and not just eat take out. Everything was easily accessible and the house was so close to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is gorgeous as you drive through. My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed

This house was advertised as sleeping 8 while only sleeping 6. We had to take bedding from other beds to provide for couch sleeping for our 7th person. Too many decor items taking up counter space in small kitchen and bathrooms. Not enough towels. Mildew smell. Sewage backup in bathtub and we had to clean it up ourselves even though the owner was on site with the plumber. No dishwasher. Threats in checkout instructions that we would be charged additional money if dishes were not hand washed, decor and furniture not returned to their places. Dirty cooking pan, apparently not cleaned by previous tenant. We would not recommend this house or host.

Great property

I agree with the other reviewers - a dishwasher is all this place needs. The Host is excellent, and the house is wonderful. 2/3 beds would suit 2 people no problem. One bed is definitely a one person bed because it slopes outward on both sides. My main gripe is that guests are asked to wash, dry, and put away dishes at checkout, when loading and starting a dishwasher would be so much more practical. I would absolutely stay here again. Really excellent property.

Perfect location

Ita's place is at the most convenient location! We loved the layout of the house as it was perfect for a family with 3 bedrooms and had a great outdoor space. Ita was easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Nice space

House was nice and clean, and was in a location close to grocery and other services. Outdoor space was nice too, but we really didn’t use it much, as we spent most our time away from the house during the day.

Comfy Walnut Creek Home

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much! The furnishings were very nice, beds and linens lovely, plenty of dishes and great location. The downside was the host would not allow any guests to visit. We simply wanted to have a few family members in for pizza. I contacted the host, but she declined due to no parties or gathering posted restrictions. I’m always sensitive to following the host rules, but feel she could have accommodated this request. The heating of the home was a bit difficult; one half of the house heated nicely, but side where master bedroom was constantly cold. The heater/vent also made a loud clicking noise. And there was no dishwasher, but made do. Still it is a very nice property and we really enjoyed it!
